報名榮成濱海馬拉松，第一次到達榮成就覺得不愧是海濱城市，環境過於優秀！因賽事檢錄時間較早，特意選擇了距離起終點比較近的酒店，看到推薦顯示天鵝酒店就火速下單了。酒店處於中心商圈，緊挨九龍城，晚上還能逛潮街狂炫小吃。到達之後發現酒店各方面都很贊，讓我充分感受到了榮成的開放、包容與貼心，比如，得知我來參賽金牌服務管家李姐姐送來旅行加油包、客房部陳姐姐親寫貼心小紙條給果盤還多次給我加油打氣、前廳湯姐姐及時告知和賽事交通管制等這次衹住兩三天，以後有時間還想來榮成深度遊一遊

賓館在櫻花湖畔，毗鄰集購物，餐飲及娛樂為一體的九龍城，出行方便，賓館工作人員熱情貼心，辦理入住時，前台仙女給了免費停車券，當我們退房離開時，前台仙女贈送了小零食，見有長者同行貼心的送了温熱的礦泉水。
可能不是旺季，所以早餐有待改進，感謝餛飩姐姐的熱情和有求必應，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，比蒸餃包子姐姐好太多了。
套房是可以入住四人的，那麼配套物品也應該是對應的，但房間裏衹有兩人的物品，不過反映過後，房務中心很及時的解決問題，這個速度是必須點讚的。
設施及服務中會有小的瑕疵，希望能夠接受意見且及時調整，在即將到來的旺季能讓更多的遊客感受到賓至如歸，乘興而來，滿意而歸。

房間不錯，位置很好，在九龍城商城旁邊，南面就是櫻花湖。早餐非常豐盛，在住過酒店裡是頂級的，而且可以俯瞰櫻花湖！
本次榮成馬拉松就在旁邊，太方便了。下次如果再來參加榮馬，還住這裏。

非常喜歡這家酒店，第二次入住了，出來一個多月了，我覺得這家的早餐是我這次出行吃的最可口的一家，比很多五星級早餐都棒，櫻花湖的櫻花開得非常美麗，打算冬天再來看天鵝，請保持住品質啊！管家李文靜的服務非常棒！

酒店位置很好，就在櫻花湖邊上，緊鄰九龍城，吃飯購物都方便。早餐如很多評價，很豐盛，種類多。李文靜管家服務十分周到，主動將退房時間延到兩點，幫忙預訂送高鐵站服務，酒店湯經理和前台服務態度也很好，很熱情，下次到榮成還住這家酒店。

每次來天鵝酒店都有賓客至上的感覺！服務沒話説從下車師傅就等候在車門旁幫忙拎行李，辦理入住後前台服務員陪同送到房間門口，每天都有水果和小點心還送了眼罩，特別表揚一下金牌管家李文靜，看見我洗曬了衣服第二天就放了一塊大肥皂，延遲退房送高鐵站也都是她安排得妥妥當當，退房還送了小點心帶路上吃，早餐也很豐盛附近吃飯購物方便，酒店真的是超5星的服務！

房間非常大，也乾淨。特別前台3位服務員服務熱情周到，得知我們是晚上的飛機，還兔費提供行李保管服務。在我們退房時，還贈送温温的純凈水和小點心，讓我們在候機時享用。早餐品種豐富，也非常可口。酒店位置優越，就在櫻花湖邊上，有步行道沿着湖邊，同時酒店就在九龍商城邊上，購物飲食娛樂非常方便。下次如果有機會再來，我一定再住這裏。
