Hotel Bellavista

O quarto era limpo, mas tudo parecia antiquado e velho. Por exemplo, ao redor do fundo do box do chuveiro havia uma fita adesiva para segurá-lo. Além disso, os quartos não eram à prova de som, então você podia ouvir as pessoas roncando no quarto ao lado! Quando contei à recepcionista sobre o problema com o controle remoto, ele foi consertado no dia seguinte.

We like everything this is such a nice and private propwrty, awesome balcony, quiet, great food and very plesent staff. We definetwly going back. Thank you guys

The front desk person was great ! Your hotel needs serious repair . While the sheets were nice and clean . The bathroom had mold on the walls . Don’t think we can recommend this one :((

Let me explain the title of my review: The check-in was great! The receptionist at check-in was very helpful and courteous even if I was arriving late. The check-out was not helpful at all. It was 6:50 am and I asked if I could have at least a coffee since I had an early flight but he denied it telling he had to check with the breakfast room but he never checked. Therefore I left without it. I understand the breakfast was opening at 7:00am but he could at least checked. So would have give 5 stars for the check-in but 1 or 2 stars for the check-out. The room appear in a good shape and clean. But when I walked barefoot in the room (I have forgot my sleepers), my feet were completely black... Maybe a wash with water instead of a simple sweep with the broom would have been appreciated. The A/C was blowing air but not cold at all. I had to open the windows to have a little of cooler air although it was humid. The shower box had a minuscule entrance and I had to squeeze myself to enter to the shower on the side risking to break the sliding doors (and I am a normal size guy) The location wasn’t so great but that it is due to the town. In fact, the receptionist at check-in suggested to not leave ANYTHING in the car to avoid any break-in... Bottom line use this hotel only if it is your last resort...

Our sea-view balcony was nearly as big as our entire room! We loved watching the sunset from our room. And one of the only public beaches is directly across from the hotel, which made it really easy and convenient to get down to the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Allowed us early check in. Orivided ****tle buses for our group to take us to the centre of Rome. The wifi was not available in our room but was available in the main foyer. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning was fantastic.the breakfast was good. Highly recommended

I have family nearby and this was a short stop to see them with my 4 year old daughter... first we had no milk and when I asked I was made to feel rather illy for asking ''as they don't use milk in Italy for milk'' and them the shower tray was blocked and so flooded the bathroom... again when telling staff they first asked me to use my towel to mop up with, so I replied with ''what shall I use to dry myself with, dont you have a mop'' ... subsequently the receptionist arrived with hand towels and asked me to ''dry up the bathroom'' which I kindly declined as we where leaving... when we returned nothing had been done about the leak nor the wet floor which was left for the next 20hours until we left... utterly appaling customer service
