B&B Youbed Extra

The room is good, clean, small, you have to share the kitchen and the dinning room, the location is very good, but.... I booked room with balcony, no balcony. I booked breakfasts and the description and the pictures was from a reach buffet.. Instead, the owner gave us cards from a place near by to have a coffee and a brioche (that's how they call in Italy the croissant). Next morning we went to the place and me that i don't drink coffee, to have a hot chocolate instead i had to pay extra. Then, I realised that those croissants were only sweet and to have a toast since i can't have sweets, i had to pay extra!!! So, later i sent a polite message to the owner saying since i have already paid for breakfast is not right to pay extra to have a hot chocolate and a toast.. The owner became very rude saying (among others) that "we work for live not for your vacation"! At the check out he and his companion were waiting for us, they started screaming and using their fingers they became even rudder with us with no reason! I was completely shocked from this behaviour

Sólo lo escribo para que quien lo lea vea que le puede pasar con este hotel. Reservamos hotel con booking el 5 de Marzo para el 14/19 de Agosto, todo perfecto. 10 días antes del viaje nos mandan un correo donde nos cancelan la reserva por"enfermedad del dueño". Esta claro que esperan a tener el hotel completo para ir anulando a la vez que suben el precio, me parece bien por ellos pero una completa cabronada para nosotros. Ojala esto sirva para quien piense reservar aquí y se lo piensen dos veces.
