Hotel Domus Tiberina

I stayed for 3 nights with a friend and it was a fantastic experience, our room was 30, which had a beautiful balcony with a very nice view and everything was very clean. The hotel is located in Trastevere, a very entertaining area for nightlife So it is very convenient to go out at night and be able to calmly get to the hotel quite quickly. The entire group of staff from the first moment was very gentle and helpful with us. I really recommend this hotel for people who want to enjoy the center of Rome in a calm and economic way.

From the initial booking all the communication was excellent. They even organised a driver to take us from the airport. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful, we knew we were in good hands. This continued throughout our stay. The actual location is perfect for seeing all the sites and lots of options to eat out. Though obviously not a 5 star hotel the generosity of the staff made it feel special. I would have no hesitation in using it again or recommending it to others.

No hot water! We had hot showers only on 2 occasions during a 5 day stay. I can handle anything other than a cold shower. I sent what’s app messages for 2 days. They said they had recently replaced the system and didn’t know why it was not working. They gave me a 10% discount at check out. I really hope they get it fixed. I love this location. I stayed here in 2019 and had a great experience. It’s a quiet street with great food steps from the door. It’s a block away from the Tiber.

Esperienza da non ripetere. La struttura raramente risponde al telefono, non a email o PEC. Il sito pubblicizza l'offerta della colazione come non turistica, in due bar locali, ma è completamente falso, non è offerta! Stanza piccolissima, senza armadio e con un bagno davvero piccolissimo. Difficile usare il water che è quasi incastrato tra parete e doccia. A malapena riesci a entrare nella doccia che non scarica l'acqua. Bagno privo di porta spazzolino e di prese elettriche, cera una presa di fronte al bagno ma non funzionante. Unica nota positiva: la location, sei a Trastevere e a 15 passi dal ponte per l'isola Tiberina.

Soggiornato per 1 notte Ottima la posizione, vicina a fermate dell'autobus e a vari locali per una piacevole serata La camera se pur non grandissima disponeva di tutto il necessario Ottima anche la pulizia Possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli in struttura anche dopo il check-out

Nous y sommes allé du vendredi au dimanche. Bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée ( on le croyait). La chambre est petite et très bruyante ( on entent tout de la rue et des voisins …), le support de douche était cassé , tout comme une des portes de la douche. Le 1er soir ,nous sommes de retour à l’hôtel vers 23:00 , personne à l’accueil et porte close. On avait oublié de nous donner le code d’entrée lors de notre check-in! 4 numéros de téléphones sont écrits sur la porte mais aucun n’a répondu aux 20 appels, heureusement une dame ne travaillant plus là nous a enfin répondu et nous avons pu rentrer . Le lendemain matin , pas de rappel et personne sur place … tout comme le dimanche au moment du check-out. Conclusion: le prix ne vaut la prestation proposée. Points positifs : hôtel bien situé et literie comfortable

Per 70€ a notte in un 2 stelle non mi aspettavo certo il lusso sfrenato ma neanche il buco umido in cui mi sono trovato,senza bidet ,con la doccia rotta è una puzza di fogna ad accoglierti quando rientri in stanza dopo una giornata Nonostante avessi concordato l’orario del check in la stanza (n27) non era pronta al mio arrivo e ho dovuto aspettare circa un’ora prima di entrare. Ripetute richieste di ricevere la fattura (che mi serve per rimborso visto che viaggiavo x lavoro )sono state ignorate con scuse varie (troppo lavoro,internet non disponibile..) e di questo è stata informata anche la Guardia di Finanza Front Office solo dalle 9 alle 20 poi chi c’è c’è Unico punto a favore la posizione centrale Francesco Colombo . Soggiorno dal 20 al 23/11/22 A V O I D Very small and Humid room,dirty and with a bad sewer smell Check in time-table not observed even if previously scheduled I didnt receive any recipt even if repeatedly requested Only good point is the position

Personale gentile, ma prezzo assolutamente spropositato per il servizio offerto. Camera minuscola e sporca e tra le altre cose non ancora pronta al momento del check in (infatti anche se ci avevano raccomandato caldamente di arrivare in struttura non oltre mezzogiorno, non siamo riuscite ad avere la camera prima dell’una e mezza). Nel bagno non c’era il bidet e nel box doccia - il cui soffione era rotto e spruzzava acqua ovunque - c’erano evidenti tracce di muffa. Odore - ovviamente - nauseante. Anche le lenzuola erano sporche e piene di macchie giallastre.
