Hôtel à proximité de plusieurs activités - restaurants. J’ai pratiquement tout fait à pied mis à part pour aller au Vatican !

Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de Termini, en frente del Teatro de la Òpera. Pasa bastante desapercibido porque està en el primer piso de un gran edificio y solo hay una placa de metal en la puerta de entrada por lo que, en apariencia, se diria que no hay ningún hotel. Baño reformado y cama cómoda.

Very disappointing, drap rooms, were very clean but that's all we can say. My friends room had a very uncomfortable sofa bed room smelt of drains. Breakfasts were uninspiring could only have one cup of tea had to pay for extras. For what we paid it wasn't value for money by any stretch'

There seems to be a lot of reviews saying that the bed was comfortable, but in our case not , we had a sofabed ,mattress quite thin and it dipped in the middle, so not much sleep, plus we were right by the tea coffee station, lots of chatter at night and morning, perhaps a sign reminding there are other guests. They call it a hotel and the first picture you see is of the opera house and not the hotel, so quite misleading. There is not anywhere to sit apart from your room ( only one chair ) and uncomfortable sat on bed due to the metal bars from the sofa bed. The garden is only for residents and not for guests. Check out is at eleven, there is somewhere to put your cases but only till three when staff leave. Shower very fancy but the top shower head did not work and the resin on the floor is starting to come off making it sticky, I had to were the slippers provided, as it hurt every time I moved my feet. Guess we were unlucky with the room.

Outstanding in every way. Rooms were clean, beds perfect, bathrooms fine. Staff was friendly and very helpful, and when a transfer we had booked cancelled at the last minute the staff immediately found a replacement for us--they did this as a service, as the one that cancelled was not book through them. Location was perfect! We went as 2 couples, and on our last day one of our travelers remarked that we had not had to take metro, to any location- we had walked to pretty much every sightseeing location we went to. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum! Our next trip to Rome will definitely see us back at Al Viminale!

My only glitch for this place was that I wasn't paying attention when the clerk took me to my room. When I got back to find it on my own I discovered there are no numbers on the outside of the doors, so I had to do some detective work to find my door. Other than that, it was a flawless experience. I LOVE the elevator!! I've never ridden in one of those. Additionally, there are two sweet little restaurants a few doors down. It was easy to find somewhere to eat.

THE ROOM ITSELF WAS LOVELY BUT MUCH TO SMALL FOR A 5 NIGHT STAY. LOCATION IS OK. LOCATION OF OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT ABOVE A RESTAURANT AND CLUB. THE MUSIC PREVAILED 6 NIGHTS OF 7 FROM 6:00 PM - 11:00PM. INITIALLY THE PERSONNEL AT THE DESK DENIED THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING OR SEEMED TOTALLY OBLVIOUS TO IT. THERE ARE NO COMMON AREAS IN THIS HOTEL EXCEPT FOR THE ENTRY WAY AND CORRIDORS. THE GARDEN IS LOCKED OFF TO GUESTS AND IN ILL REPAIR. DESK/CONCIERGE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 7:00 am- 4:00 PM. A MEDIOCORE BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED. I FOUND THE PRICE MUCH TOO HIGH GIVEN THE LACK OF AMENITIES . THE STAY WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

We stayed at Al Viminale Hill 9/27-9/30/2023. STAFF were prompt, attentive and personable before, during and after check-in. OUR ROOM was #102 with a wonderful view of Teatro dell'Opera. - Very clean with a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the fancy shower. - A/C worked super and was appreciated with daytime temps in the upper 80sF. - Fridge made it convenient to keep drinks and snacks that we bought at the Carrefour Express on the corner. THE LOCATION is wonderful with loads of terrific restaurants next door or within 5-minute walk. - Carrefour Express market on the corner 2 minutes away. - Two convenience stores just down the sidewalk out front. - Repubblica metro station was only 5-minute walk, and Termini took about 10 minutes. OUR FAVORITE MEALS NEARBY: - Osteria Il Riposto - Ristorante Alessio
