In theory the location is great. Close to the train station. The BNB is a little difficult to find but not a problem. The problem is that the description says it is situated in a multi ethnic cultural neighborhood, however when we arrived at 11:30 A.M in the morning we found homeless people cooking outside and groups of young men drinking and shouting. We did not feel so safe. We checked in and got taken to our room . The room was basic enough but was clean and was not a problem as such. We looked out our window to see a washline coming only from our window to a wall opposite with someone's pants hanging from it. We called *********** and expressed our concern and asked could we get a different BnB or hotel as we did not feel safe in the area. The owner contacted us and basically started to give out to us saying she would not refund anything as the location was not her fault. She then proceeded to tell us it was our own opinion about safety and that it was our fault for not feeling comfortable around foreign nationals. I felt she was playing the race card. I have travelled to over 25 countries and stayed in budget BnBs and hotels in Africa, Asia , North America, Europe ect and I never felt unsafe there. We went for lunch and over lunch we decided to just take the hit and pay for another hotel rather than stay there. We therefore paid for two hotels and stayed in one. I would not recommend this BnB to anyone based on the area and the interaction with the owner left a bitter taste in my mouth. Rome however is absolutely a fantastic city. Go and visit and explore but just don't stay here.

Close to main train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful park just at the end of street. Host very professional. Subway stop within 5 minutes. Good breakfast. Would go back.

Great location close to Termini station and walking distance to main attractions. Clean and spacious room. The neighbourhood isn’t the best but we felt perfectly safe and there are some great restaurants a few minutes walk. The kitchen was quite noisy in the mornings.

So I was supposed to visit Rome on May. Since my son got very sick we weren’t able to go to our trip. Week before the trip I contacted Federica’s home. Our booking was ”no-refund” type in case of cancelletion. Since this was case of emergency I asked, if they would find in their hearts to refund us the trip. They wouldn’t even response. Few days after I contacted them again. No response. These two contacts were via *********** After this I sent an email. I never got even a response. It’s not even the money. But how you treat people. They never didn’t even bother to answer to me. 😞 so sad. So don’t have experience in staying with them, but be sure to book te refundable version or have an insurance, since it certain, that this place doesn’t care about you or your child. Just about the money you paid.

It is perfect accomodation for Rome sightseeing. Very strategic position, close to metro, nice neighborhood: park, supermarkets, restaurants.Room is very nice, clean, quiet, beds are confortable, everthing is well-functioning (eg. Air-condition, wi-fi, etc.)Breakfast is also really good. Hospitability is excellent. It is a great value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience great trip. Quality assurance. High quality service. Excellent hospitality. Bed and breakfast also great. Hotels location also amazing. Right at the centre of Rome. Employee and staff's are well professional with their work.

Alors chambre très propre, localisation assez pratique proche métro et à 10mns de la gare donc top pour prendre le bus pour l aéroport, restaurant et supermarché à côté seul bémol j attendais un accueil plus convivial pour un B&B ma seule déception.

Tanto per cominciare le camere sono gestite da 2 persone non italiane che appena arrivati si sono quasi scocciate perchè gli ho chiesto un paio di volte che cosa avevano detto, dato parlavano male l italiano e non capivo...credo sia cambiata gestione,nn cè nessuna federica a ricevere i clienti! La camera era pulita ma la mattina all alba si sentivano pianti e urli del bambino neonato di questa famiglia che si tengono li a lavoro con loro,x cui preparatevi a svegliarvi all alba tra schiamazzi,urla,suoni di televisione e di maneggiamento di pentole varie,dato le pareti sono talmente sottili che li sentite come fossero in stanza. Altra cosa sconvolgente è stata la colazione...povera,con pochissima roba low cost e cornetti che già stavano esposti sui tavoli senza manco un celofan a proteggerli già dal pomeriggio precedente ...controllando cosa c era nel frigo ho trovato una bella sorpresa d scorte di pannolini...tanto che io,vedendo la situazione generale, la mattina mi sono trovata costretta ad andare a fare la colazione al bar,nonostante ce l avessi compresa nel prezzo. I proprietari poco accoglienti,tranne quando è stato il momento della partenza dove hanno cercato di fare i carini intimandoci infine a lasciare una bella recensione. Eccoli accontentati! Poca professionalità e x il prezzo pagato assolutamente non all altezza e sconsigliatissimo!

Stanza comoda, ben allestita e pulita ma con alcune divergenze riguardo il personale della location. ci hanno accolto il primo giorno scortesemente quasi con scocciatura. prima di farci entrare nella camera ci hanno chiesto di aspettare perché dovevano controllare se la camera era apposto per ospitarci, cosa che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi all'inizio. al mattino non si riusciva a dormire bene perché il figlio neonato dei proprietari piangeva e strillava. la cucina rimane affianco alle tre uniche camere che hanno e già dal mattino presto si sentono voci e spadellamenti di piatti e bicchieri. una sera mentre rientravamo abbiamo trovato li sopra i tavoli delle brioche incustodite senza celophan o un fazzoletto per coprirle dagli agenti esterni,che sarebbero state servite la mattina dopo per la colazione. quindi le brioche non sono fresche ma magari lasciate li da giorni. il prezzo è stato troppo per come ci siamo trovati. i proprietari sono stati carini con noi solo al momento della partenza. non consiglio
