We have just stayed at the Palazzo Roma for the weekend. The hotel is stunning, perfect location just minutes from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The service was exceptional. Genuine high standard of service from everyone. Thank you

This hotel is beautiful and spotless, located in a convenient location walkable to most of the main tourist attractions in Rome. Our room was very large, and had a really comfortable king size bed. Also there is an included minibar with plenty of waters, sodas, snacks, etc. (we loved the snacks!). Breakfast was wonderful, a la carte with many options, and if you have an early tour before the breakfast is available, you can have a breakfast box prepared which was much more substantial than the usual to-go breakfast! A couple of things to mention -- the lights in the bathroom are motion activated, and we couldn't figure out how to get them to stay on. So the lights would randomly turn off when taking a shower, while putting on makeup, or putting in contacts, which did become somewhat annoying. I am guessing there is a way to turn off or adjust this feature, but we didn't figure it out, so you may want to ask when being shown to your room initially. The other topic to note is that if you will need a taxi in the early morning (for an early Vatican tour, or early flight), make sure to have the hotel arrange for pickup a little earlier than you actually need to leave. They mentioned to us that they have had issues with having to contact the taxi service to order a new taxi when the initial one hasn't shown up. We ran into this ourselves as the hotel had booked a taxi for us for the night before we needed it, but the taxi was not there at the appointed time. Luckily, the manager/reception staff had built in extra time so we were not late for our tour. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel. It is very upscale and gorgeous, and the service is of a high standard.

After a 2 week trip to Italy and France, I can honestly say this hotel was by far our favorite. The staff were unbelievably helpful, but not in your face, to include recommendations and turndown service each night. The room was so well appointed - great bed, phenomenal closet space, and a bathroom that had a fantastic, large marble shower as well as really spacious counters and plush towels and bathrobes. We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful, centrally located hotel. THANK YOU Palazzo Roma!!

You would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel in a better location in Rome than this new boutique hotel. It is superb in every respect. The check-in was straightforward, private and enhanced by prosecco. The room is large and comfortable with the minibar included in the room rate. The bathroom is large and perfect for two people. Breakfast is outstanding and again, included. The staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. Exceptional.

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Roma for four days in September, 2024. This hotel is top-notch in every respect. The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the historic sights and shopping districts. The public and private rooms are a delight to behold, with bold and classy design, yet inviting and comfortable. Our junior suite was not only gorgeous and opulent, but also thoughtfully laid out and superbly comfortable in every way. The breakfast/dining room was similarly plush yet inviting. Breakfast dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very congenial and helpful, including the manager, who was always available and gracious. We left our Kindle ebook reader behind - the staff arranged for it to be sent back to us in the US. Stay here if you can, preferably before word gets out about this place and reservations become impossible to obtain.
