Helmirage Piazza di Spagna Suite

位置非常好，就在西班牙廣場對面，離地鐵站也很近。房間很乾凈，佈置也很好。前台服務也很好。可謂是羅馬旅行的上上選。就是前台不是24小時前台，如果要晚上6點之後辦理入住的話要提前和前台聯繫。

Pros: Great location - across from Spanish Steps and all the shopping Cons: This is a suite in located inside a commercial building. You have to lug your own luggage to the 4th floor in an ancient elevator. No assistance provided. The reception is not staffed full time. To check in you get bombarded with texts from the hotel regarding your arrival time. Regardless, we needed only one thing from the hotel and that was help with a taxi to the airport. I made it clear that we wanted a regular taxi not private (which costs almost 30% more)/. Pia arranged for a huge van - completely unnecessary. We had to walk 5 min to where it was parked, again lugging our own bags. The driver wanted cash and a huge uncharge. When we told him that we were leaving the country and had none, he wanted to take us to an A**. If I had known any of this, I would have called for my own taxi using the Free application. In short, other then location. There is nothing positive about this place. Its not a hotel. There are no amenities. Only a hustle. Do not recommend.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very accomodating to our needs, absolutely wonderful customer service from both Pia and Agostino. The room itself was very clean and was at a high standard. Will definitely be staying here when I return!!

Utterly and completely AMAZING!!! One of the best hotels weve ever stayed at. Incredible location and amazing rooms. Could not recommend more highly!!!

Right on the Spanish Steps!! Most rooms have balconies with great views. Pia arranged airport ride for us. Loved it!!

Good location walkable to all sites. Have your phone on so the staff can send you directions. The door is discreet but the staff went above and beyond to locate us and welcome us to the accommodation the hotel arranged private shuttle from airport went seamlessly. Would recommend booking that.

Great location and very convenient access to the metro. One special detail is the elevator. The unit is on a 4th floor. The last day, the elevator broke and we had to take our luggage down. If you have some physical limitations, be aware of this possibility. The rest was great, including very professional an attentive staff. The staff is only available in person for some hour during the day. However, you can reach them by phone in case of an emergency and they are very responsive. For example, I got stuck in the elevator and within 30 minutes they came in the middle of the night to help me get out

we stayed 3 nights and it's close to a lot of attractions, shopping stores and restaurants and the lady at the reception also help us getting transportation to the airport. very nice apar**ent.

I loved staying here! It was the perfect location and such a cute hotel. The balcony was amazing and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Would stay here every time I visit!
