"If you are still looking for a hotel in Guilin, you can stop searching I rarely write such detailed reviews but this place really deserves it Everything here is amazing - from the location to the service. Every little detail is carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free The staff impressed me the most. They notice small details and truly care about guests. At first, I was surprised that even staff members I had never met before already knew my room number. It was a little funny and unexpected 😄 But like this you understand the high level of the service Everyone was so kind to me and always ready to help 🥺 Even if someone doesn’t speak English, they quickly use a translator and do their best to solve any problem The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are probably one of my favorite parts of the stay - I honestly did not want to leave them! The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including nice Chinese tea, coffee, and many small details that make you feel at home like bath salt. Another very useful detail for travelers is the free self-service laundry. When you travel for a longer time, having a place where you can easily wash your clothes is a huge advantage The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise. While traveling around China, I often found that hotel breakfasts were mostly focused on Chinese food, which can sometimes be difficult for international travelers. Here, there is also a great Western breakfast with enough choices Another amazing part is the number of complimentary experiences included in the stay. Fresh fruits every day, afternoon drinks with desserts, cultural activities, and more. Sometimes there are so many things to enjoy that you don’t even want to leave the hotel😅 I especially loved the Chinese calligraphy experience. Writing calligraphy while two lovely parrots sometimes came to sit on my shoulder felt like a real journey into traditional Chinese culture. You can also create small handmade souvenirs, which makes the experience even more memorable The location is perfect, with incredible mountain views all around. And one small detail that I really appreciated: the panoramic windows are always perfectly clean. In many hotels, beautiful views are ruined by dirty windows, but here you can fully enjoy the scenery P.S.: just one small suggestion it would be great to have a “Do not disturb” sign. Some guests may want to have some private time and make sure that nobody enters the room"

"Ficamos uma noite. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito simpáticos. O quarto é pequeno, mas os travesseiros e o colchão são confortáveis. Não gostei do fato de o quarto dar para uma rua barulhenta. Era impossível dormir depois das 7 da manhã. As paredes do banheiro são transparentes; você pode abaixar a persiana, mas ainda é possível ver tudo pelas frestas, o que é desconfortável."

"Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com a minha estadia em Guilin! A localização do hotel é excelente, bem no centro da cidade, muito perto da Colina Tromba de Elefante, o que facilita muito os passeios turísticos. Há todos os tipos de restaurantes e lanchonetes no térreo, tornando as refeições e as compras muito fáceis, e o transporte também é muito conveniente. O quarto era decorado em estilo tatame, aconchegante e confortável, limpo e organizado, fazendo-me sentir em casa. O café da manhã tinha uma grande variedade de opções e estava delicioso. No geral, o serviço foi atencioso, o ambiente era tranquilo e o preço excelente. "The room smelled with something not pleasant each time I entered, I guess they out some aerosol or something. The room windows faced some hallway and I could see the staff walking. Actually, I noticed it when walking around the room in the early morning in my pajamas and realized everyone can see everything from there. Moreover, I was put close to the hallway so I could hear everyone both from the inside (hotel hallway, staff laughing loud) and the outside (some repair works?). In a word, it was loud. I did ask to move me the next day but I came in the evening so I just accepted the situation. The stay was nice, big bed, enough space to walk, put clothes, work and study. It is just the environment and maybe staff’s attitude towards me that made the stay uncomfortable😔"

"房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，以圖為證啊。房間位置在灕江邊；近東西巷，中心廣場、廣西師範大學毗鄰着靖王府，逍遙塔的夜景不錯，夜晚在灕江邊和解放橋漫步，別有一番好風景，心情能隨着周圍的環境，隨風飄揚。七星景區有歷史名家的書法碑刻，象山公園，陽朔沿江風景，太適合自然風景照的愛好者門。勾味王，阿甘酒店為代表的本地菜，主要是魚為主。早餐米粉鹵水，糯米飯，家家好口味，絕不會踩坑。我本不喜歡米粉，這算是對米粉鹵水徹底瘋狂，每天早上不吃頓米粉，整個人啥就不舒服了，看我這點出息。願各位能感受到山水甲天下的美，人文和山水之間可以相互成就，適應彼此，沒一點違和感。大自然，人類的依託及保護神。"

"Excelente localização e funcionários muito simpáticos, apesar de só alguns falarem inglês, usaram sempre ferramentas de tradução para nos ajudar. Camas confortáveis e almofadas macias e excelentes. Pequeno almoço fantástico e muito diversificado. Ofereceram- nos caixinhas para poder levar um lanche para a viagem. Também têm disponível serviço de lavandaria gratuito. Foram muito acolhedores e deixaram varias ofertas no quarto para nos receber, flores, fruta e bebidas e ainda tiveram a simpatia de nos oferecer lembranças à saida. Muito obrigado, se podermos regressar a Guilin será a nossa escolha."

"Viajamos em família, com um filho, e o hotel nos fez um upgrade direto para um quarto familiar, o que adoramos! Era um duplex estilo tatame, com uma cama enorme e um colchão de firmeza ideal, que nos proporcionou um sono muito tranquilo. Também pudemos levar a criança para uma sessão de fotos de viagem gratuita, que ficou linda, e incluía maquiagem, um ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel também tem vários pontos instagramáveis, como a piscina infinita, o domo de arte, o corredor de luz e sombra, e o terraço no 7º andar. Se vier a Guilin, este é o lugar!"
