"We had a great experience at this hotel, I speak some Chinese but the hotel was very accommodating - speaking to us in English on wechat. The hotel is inside a park, you can see the elephant trunk hill by walking a few minutes towards the river from the hotel! The view is amazing. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. We used wechat to contact the hotel to bring us from the ticket gate to the hotel, and they were always extremely prompt which we appreciated! We really enjoyed using the hot tub in the hotel, and walking around the park during the day. Amazing, peaceful stay in Guilin, I would highly recommend!"

"The front desk lady was super friendly. She thoughtfully arranged for our five rooms to be on the same floor, in a row, which made it really convenient for us to look after our family. The hotel's location is excellent, and the decor has a lovely Mediterranean style. It offers great value for money, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast was abundant and featured Guilin rice noodles – you could have them in soup or mixed – along with crispy roast pork and a generous self-serve selection of condiments. Turn right when you leave the hotel, and you'll find Gate 3 of Elephant Trunk Hill Park and the Sun and Moon Pagodas right there. Turn left, and you're at the pedestrian street. Getting around is incredibly easy. Highly recommend for exploring Guilin city!👍🏻"
