although the manager seems to do her best it doesn't take long to realize that she is absolutely terrified of the owner of the property who is an absentee landlord and will tell you what she thinks you want to hear while you are standing in front of her. numerous problems with this property ranging from a field mouse invasion, very spotty and dubious wifi and cable service ( always blamed on the cable co) to a massive sewage leak that caused a giant sinkhole to appear on the side of one of the buildings rendering several units without water and 1 unit looking like it might be swallowed by the expanding sinkhole never to be seen again. the maintenance guy does his best under the circumstances but is given little or nothing to work with. it's an extremely old property well beyond the " beginning to show it's age" stage in its life. some of the longer term residents display unique personalities to say the least. I travel extensively and like staying at mom and pop motels instead of chains when I can. this just shows that no matter how much you research you will hit a true lemon once in a while.
