Ikoma Tented Camp

We stayed at the Ikomo Bush Camp one night on our game safari. We had an in tent shower and washroom facilities with hot water!!!! The beds were comfortable with mosquito netting. The team were so hospitable. The food was some of the best we had on our safari!!! This is a little more on the bush side but not lacking on the food and hospitality!!!! The wildebeest migration was passing the camp and in the morning we had breakfast upstairs in the restaurant and watched the wildebeest. The breakfast was amazing memory as we enjoyed our coffee and meal admiring the wildebeest!!!

Real African experience. Nearby Serengeti. Good food. Friendly staff. Wildlife at the doorstep. Beste fried eggs until now. Great campfire/ bush television every evening. Sunrise form the terras of the tents, and sunset from the terras near the restaurant

We had a Big tent with 2 beds with klamboes and a fully equiped bath room with hot water As soon as thé sun goes under untill it goes up security guards Bring you to thé restaurant tent. You get a wishle to call the security. The food was ok. There is a camp fire but many of the chairs around are broken. You are right outside Serengeti national park but thé animals do not Know Borders so we had Buffalo's outside our tent early morning

Geweldige lodge midden in de natuur , je kijkt helemaal uit over het natuur reservaat, vriendelijke bediening en bewakers die mee lopen naar de tenten. Alles aanwezig, toilet, douche, klamboe. Eten ook zeer goed, zelf je picknick lunch samen stellen.

Les chambres en tente sont très correctes avec salle de bain fonctionnelle et eau chaude. Les repas sont bons, mais ça dépend des jours....... PAR CONTRE, nos sacs de voyage ont été visités, les poches de nos vêtements ont été faites minutieusement et des objets ont été dérobés. De l'argent aussi manquait au retour du dîner. Restaurant vers lequel les clients sont toujours accompagnés pour raison de sécurité la nuit.. Donc facile de contrôler les allées/venues. Total de USD 200,00 et 50.000 chilling tanzanniens !!!!! Plus des objets de valeur sentimentale. La tente était pourtant fermée avec un cadenas.......Bien sûr personne ne se responsabilise !!! Nous étions, le dernier soir, les seuls et uniques clients.

La struttura è molto spartana, il mangiare è scarso e non buono. Abbiamo avuto lunch box con panini vuoti! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assurdo! ...poi il serengheti ripaga di ogni inconveniente!
