Rishikesh Grand by Lujo Hotels

The worst experience that I ever had in a hotel. Half of the hotel is under renovation due to which there is dust flying all around. And despite that they are charging the full amount to the customer. While it is not uncommon for hotels to be operational while having renovation going on, but they do call it out on MakeMyTrip/other travel apps. They had not put this disclaimer anywhere. Had they done so, I won't have booked due to asthma patients in my family. Also, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. "Sir refund nahi milega. Aap kar lo Jo karna hai" was the reply that I got. This translates to "Sir we won't provide you with the refund. Do whatever you want to do." I will never step into any property operated by Kool Stayz. Anyone traveling and planning to stay here should think 10 times before booking.

This is the first hotel in my life where i have seen fraud, prior to visiting this hotel I thought that people had given wrong reviews to the hotel, after staying here i can feel the pain of the travelers who spend their hard money. This hotel seems like under under-construction property, don't go on pictures uploaded in any online sites it is completely fake. Even you can find better rooms and service in the lodge. We paid 2800 INR per night and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor without a lift WHICH THEY HAVEN'T MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE ONLINE SITE and the top of that room was near to so store room and dormitory where some labor-type people were staying wearing only underwear and that dormitory has no door only curtain so while going you can easily find them wearing underwear and listening songs. After spending 2800 you have to stay in a seepage smell room, how would you feel? AGAIN I'M REQUESTING TO ALL THAT DON'T GO WITH THE PICTURES THEY HAVE UPLOADED IN THE ONLINE WEBSITE.

The stay in hotel Rishikesh grand was terrible. It was the most uncool place to stay. We booked the hotel 2 months prior but then also we were given the leftover room. The major drawbacks of the room were as follows: 1. The room was smelling badly due to dampness. 2. The room was in 3rd floor and there was no lift. 3. The behavior of the staff members was not at all customer friendly. 4. No hand and bath towels. 5. The bedsheets had spots and when we asked the staff members to change it then they replied that all the bedsheets looks like this only. 6. In the way from reception of the hotel to our room there the environment doesn't felt safe especially for girls. 7. At the time of our visit the pool was very dirty. 8. No electric kettle was available. In the view of the above drawbacks I would personally never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Third class hotel very poor services. I have booked luxury room in hotel grand Rishikesh, very uncomfortable stay,On duty Manager Mr. Navel Kishore is very unprofessional.Dg system is not work,when I asked duty Manager,Manager says technical problem,overall very bad hotel in Rishikesh,plz do nat stay hotel grand

The rooms were dirty as hell, dust was everywhere, old bedding, rodents. No current for many hours, and bathrooms were dark and dingy with moss all over. No mirror in bathroom. It is a very old property that has not been maintained well. And the pictures put up on the site are really misleading since they must be from the day they opened up. The owner/manager was sitting right there when we complained, and they didnt seem to care at all. They also take money upfront (50percent to confirm your booking and 50 percent the moment you checkin), so there is no option for the customer but to repent their payment and stay stuck with the pathetic hotel.

Comfortable accommodation and great service too. The staff are very polite and helpful. The staff were also very useful in arranging activities and transport for us. The place is also fairly close to most tourist attractions too.

I would highly recommend this hotel in Rishikesh either you are couple or family traveler. medium budget hotel with good amenities. staff was cooperative, specially that young lady at recaption. room was neat and clean, balcony view was amazing, i loved the ashram beside the hotel. you can hear morning chanting with bells sound. did not take the food. my kids were very happy because nice swimming pool. thanks.

Very poor service bathroom me pani nahi hot water nahi bekar kam pool is very dirty subah me 1 ghante tak pani aya 10 phone karne par towels mila tv me koi Chanel nahi chalti no bazic services verry bad
