Best Western Maison B Hotel

We booked the hotel for a stay of 5 days during the august month. The hotel was entirely refurbished and with a great decoration! The hotel facility was really nice too, the parking included in the price of the room is really a great advantage! The room was nice and the bed really comfortable! However the service and staff of the hotel is really questionable… for example barely say hi and raising their heads above their phone, we had issues with the air conditioning and the lady at reception was of no help, telling us it was a problem and they should call a technician when in fact she could adjust from the main reception desk. During breakfast, we asked for our hot drinks and felt like we were annoying the staff (everyday), raising their eyes… It’s a shame as the hotel is nice but some of the staff service isn’t really outstanding…

Clean and cozy place, very welcoming staff always available to answer your needs and highly responsive to any request you may have. Excellent food and service, perfect location, just sea front. Beautifully furnished in every detail. Pool and gym also very clean and with brand new equipment. Could not have wished for more!

Stayed two nights Rimini at the BW Maison B to visit San Marino during low season. Very cute, almost boutique-ish hotel. The property is definitely on the lower end of room capacity, with a handful of staff. I get the impression that the manager(s) also oversees the property beyond supervisory duties. It seemed my originally booked room (1 King and 1 Single) was not available during check in (after 2pm) so I was booked into a non-separated double bed, that fortunately also had a sofa bed available. I guess the manager noticed when she arrived and promptly took corrective action had our original accommodation serviced immediately. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was comforting seeing as other guests may not be as amenable. I’m not sure if the property has been a Best Western long since there are still residual evidence of prior branding. I had breakfast, normally 8 EUR (per person maybe?), comped as a Diamond Select member even when it’s not an entitled/guaranteed benefit so that was definitely appreciated. They even opened for service before the published times during low season which is clearly going above and beyond. I was also given water and thanked for my membership in the program at check out. I think the only downside of this property is the wide variation of accommodations in both decor and layout. I had two rooms that were quite different and none look like the photos provided online. I also thought it was a pleasant surprise that out of the 6 different hotels during this trip, it was this hotel that had mechanical blackout shutters. I didn’t have much expectations for this property and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Perfect for a family

Hotel pulito, rinnovato da poco. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Personale veramente gentile ed attento. Siamo stati in occasione della laurea di mio fratello a Rimini ed abbiamo dormito due notti in questo bell'Hotel. Abbiamo chiesto un buffet per amici e parenti e la nostra richiesta é stata soddisfatta presentandoci un vero e proprio Pranzo ben organizzato e di ottima qualità. Le coccole non son mancate! E ringraziamo davvero per le attenzioni a noi dedicate. Consigliatissimo .

Hotel di alto livello, gode di parcheggio auto privato e di un personale molto accogliente e professionale. Le camere godono di TV, wi-fi, cassetta di sicurezza, bollitore, frigo bar e phon a muro. Colazione ottima e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato. Tutte le camere godono di balconcino con vista mare laterale.

Che dire vado alla reception a chiedere un paio di brioche, in più avendole finite avevano solo più alla marmellata o vuote, le chiedo se le devo qualcosa, mi dice di no, e me la addebita alla camera con la dicitura colazione completa, per due brioche tristissime, una vuota mettendomi un un po di Nutella da parte e una marmellata per un totale di 16€ e questa sarebbe una colazione completa? Vergognoso da parte loro. Era una signora sui 50 anni, diffidate di lei se vi chiede di dover pagare due misere brioche per 16€.

Hotel munito di tutti i comfort, professionalità da parte dello staff che ti fa sentire a casa, colazione abbondante con buffet strepitoso e assortito. Abbiamo anche cenato e il ristorante offre un menu’ tipico di mare e ti terra. Lo consiglio per chi viene in vacanza a Rimini.

Albergo posto di fronte al mare e con piscina, basta attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia. Hotel con arredamento originale e molto pulito. Il personale è molto disponibile, cordiale e cortese. Colazione abbondante e molto buona!
