Let's start with the fact that it is not a hotel but a hostel and it is very primitive. We informed the "hotel" that we would arrive at 10pm which normally is not a problem, and actually the lady at the reception was waiting for us, we checked in and got the room number and information that the key is in the door. the lady added that if we wanted to go out to the city it was only through the back door through the back room. after entering the room it turned out to be a joke. recreation for two people with information about the private bathroom towels, cosmetics, etc. we travel a lot on small luggage so we do not have space for a towel so it is important to us. in the room a bed with a sponge instead of a mattress and one small pillow, no towels and anything of the things mentioned in the booking, in the bathroom one big fungus which translates into a smell throughout the room, full of cobwebs (the girl has arachnophobia) so we already know that this place for it is unacceptable. interesting things are still a skylight that does not close. So I go to the reception desk and it turns out that it is closed with all triggers, no one is open, only the back door with which anyone who wants to enter from the street enters. he writes to the hotel but the answers are laconic no one wants to take responsibility jets info that someone will come bowl an hour we make an appointment if no one is there for 15 minutes, I will leave the hotel. And so I do at 23:30 when booking another facility, the hotel says 15 minutes later saying that they mistook the rooms and proposes compensation, but I am not coming back. after all, he apologizes and writes that I have to contact booking for a refund. after all the action, the booking claims that the hotel said that everything was ok. The hotel did not cost a property because it was 76 euro (2 nights), but it was about the location due to late arrival because there are better facilities at this price.
