Nice design idea, POOR implementation, as details are not thought through, such as wall hooks are missing or gone, mildew in the shower, sink areas and terrible or cheap quality toilet paper, especially for a 4 star hotel and vs what is actually available in Latvia, no hand soap, but a bottle of liquid soap and bottle that is falling apart, breakfast is in a bar/restaurant area with poorly cleaned sticky floor and obvious mistakes in the room numbering on the 2nd floor instead of 219 it says 119...not intentionally, but poorly checked when numbers were made or attached and cleaning was not done even though it was requested. Crooked metal furniture and terribly dirty, sticky tv remote control and absolutely limited to none English news,programs to watch, mostlyUkrainian, Latvian or German. Only the lobby staff helped to change towels. Not a 4 start hotel experience, as lobby staff is nice, but no understanding or training of a 4 star service quality and standard
