4 noites no Rickmansworth Hotel Premier Inn. A equipe das primeiras 3 noites foi amigável e tudo parecia ok, pois o hotel é um pouco mais alegre do que se você quiser mais classe. Então está tudo bem até a última noite! Precisávamos levantar por volta das 5 da manhã, o sono era fundamental para a longa jornada de volta para casa. Por volta das 21h, uma pessoa pesada acima de nós na sala começou a andar de um lado para o outro na sala como um elefante, às vezes pisando duro, às vezes caindo. Eu verifiquei a recepção e disse a eles por volta das 00:15 que havia algo anormal acontecendo no quarto acima de nós. Depois disso piorou, mais pessoas começaram a andar, gritar, cair nas cadeiras, brigar, cair da cama, indo e vindo a noite toda com mais e mais barulho. Por volta das 2:30 ou 3:00 da manhã desci atordoado novamente conversei com a recepção e ela me seguiu, mais pessoas estavam batendo no chão, paredes para deixar isso não dormir os desumanos sabem que ninguém estava dormindo. Mas isso parece ter feito algo, pois passou de muito barulhento para menos barulhento, falando e vagando. Minha esposa conseguiu dormir por 2 horas, eu não consegui dormir uma hora, porque isso só começou de novo depois de 30 minutos ou mais. Por volta das 5:00 da manhã desistimos e ainda assim a festa continuava lá em cima. Portanto, esta é a pior noite de hotel que já experimentamos em mais de 40 viagens em todo o mundo. Como isso é aceitável? Eu deveria ter chamado a polícia sozinho? Apenas um membro da equipe tentou falar com esses bárbaros, mas não deu nenhum resultado. Nossa viagem de volta para casa encontrando nossos filhos simplesmente exaustos. O trabalho no dia seguinte teve que ser pulado por causa desse 2 # "43% de pessoas barulhentas acima de nossos quartos. Agora temos outra viagem pela frente em 2023 e posso prometer a você que este hotel não é uma opção, pois ninguém retornou nenhuma pergunta no FB deste hotel. Obrigado por isso. Felicidades pela noite sem dormir no Premier Inn. Você precisa de uma casa para ter uma festa de luta alegre fazendo uma bagunça e enlouquecendo? Parece que está tudo bem festejar no Premier Inn. The hotel was brilliantly clean with everything you could need, but the staff were the best thing about our stay. I want to give credit to Linda, who went above and beyond in her customer service for many reasons. At one point of our stay, I fell ill and she really looked after me and helped me to get medical help. She was also extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in the restaurant. Massive thanks to her and all of the staff! ❤️

The hotel is in a nice location right on the canal (so ideal for a walk) and within a short stroll from the town. Parking was £7 per day but at least it was easy to find a space. The staff were great - friendly and very helpful. The bar and dining area was small and a bit shabby but it was easy to get a drink. As usual for Premier Inn the bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable, there was limited storage space for clothes but we were only stopping one night so it didn't matter. The bathroom was clean with good quality soft soap but, as is often the case with Premier Inn, the shower was over the batch which is a pain. Wi-fi was very slow and kept disconnecting, perhaps this is to force you to pay for an upgrade to fast internet. The buffet breakfast wasn't the best - no scrambled egg (only tired looking fried eggs) and other items were not kept topped up. I eventually decided to just have a bacon sandwich. The 'orange' fruit juice was horrible but the coffee was very good. The toasters too ages to brown the bread.

Standard rooms, very comfy beds and easy check in. Unfortunately the parking is highly limited and not enough spaces for the number of rooms provided. We returned in the evening on a Friday following an event we attended (the reason we were staying in the hotel) and found there were no car parking spaces available. With a young child, it was very troubling to have to ask staff where else we could park near the hotel and staff were unable to provide clear alternative parking.

We had a lovely stay in the Premier Inn Rickmansworth. It's a 15min walk to the train station, through the town. The staff were so lovely and we very much enjoyed the breakfast. Everyone slept well. The only small issue we had was too few towels for 3 people sharing, but a staff member sorted very quickly. Look forward to a return visit as we have family in a nearby town.
