The hotel really needs to replace the ice machine on the first floor. It is SO LOUD and looks terrible!!
Also, the hallway lighting needs to be redone. A dark, dimly lit hallway is bad for any hotel.

They didn’t have our reservation through you. They wanted me to call *******. I’d rather watch paint dry. I just paid them upfront and I saved $20. I have been with ******* for over twenty years and this is the only bad experience I’ve had, but it was SO bad that I might not use ******* again. What if they were booked? I would have not have a hotel room at all. No words. And the property is not good. The rooms smell horribly and it is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in since 2006. Sorry .
