Hotel Tiffany's

It was terrible from the first day; the room's photos are fake, the size of the rooms is wrongly indicated. Finally, when I returned after breakfast, I found my wallet without money. The cleaning staff cleaned not only my room but also my wallet. The hotel's manager didn't want to help us resolve the problem; they ignored the situation!

We had 4 days in Paradise. The balcony was as good as it can possible get. A stunning view that I never got tired from! The room had slippers and thick, very soft, bathrobes. It was really nice sitting outside in the mornings watching the sunrise. The room was very nice of normal size. The bed and pillows very good. Nice also the bath with a shower on the small side. We prefer walk-in shower to bathtubs so it was OK. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner was a big buffet with everything you could want for. Everything of the highest quality and very well made. The service in the restaurant absolutely excellent. Highly recommendable hotel!

I would give a 5* review, but for me what was missing was tea/coffee making facilities in the room (this is fairly standard now across the world), and a bigger shower. The cubicle was small! The room was beautiful with good facilities and very comfortable bed. The outside private balcony was amazing…..and of course…..,the view 😍😍😍🌴💗 I was surprised that none of the tv channels were in English- usually it is BBC or CNN news, and that is enough. This didn’t affect my stay as I could keep informed of world news via the free WiFi. Food and service at the hotel is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place I would certainly return to.

The hotel is a stylish hotel with parking. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's located on the boardwalk at the beach. The room was small but we had everything we needed (AC, WiFi, balcony with Seaview, ...). The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Customers were mainly Italian when we were there, a few German or English. The staff spoke Italian and was also very helpful in English. The food was great and typically Italian. Breakfastbuffet. Hotelrestaurant is at 1st floor with view of boardwalk, beach and sea! Very good and safe parking for our car. We also liked sitting in the bar and drinks there were not expensive. You can rent bikes and E-bikes at the hotel (Bicelo-app).

Wanted early check in but they made it difficult at reception .room was very small and bathroom also very small ..glad hadn't booked for any longer period .Breakfast ok but they charge for various cooked items which I think not fair .Position of hotel excellent but that's it's only plus in my opinion .Wouldn't return there .

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due volte in questo 2023. Suggerito dalla mia agenzia viaggi di fiducia. Una super proposta. Camere vista mare (sia Deluxe che Top)molto belle, ben curate, accessoriate e con balcone comodo per godersi il mare che si trova a due passi. Fiore all'occhiello sicuramente la cucina, da ristorante stellato, proposta a pranzo in versione buffet con ogni varietà di cibo, frutta, verdura e dolce e a cena con i primi e i secondi ordinati alla carta al momento e serviti al tavolo da personale molto gentile. Il metre molto presente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Tavoli vista mare molto belli. Comodo per il mare, con servizio spiaggia vicinissima, teli mare. Sicuramente migliorabile è la gestione della reception, con personale non molto accogliente e impegnato più al disbrigo di pratiche al PC che non nel saluto quotidiano. Informazioni solo su richiesta. Altro problema da risolvere è sicuramente l'ascensore, piccolo e lento per il servizio che deve svolgere soprattutto negli orari di punta e per le camere che si trovano fino al 6 piano con 140 scalini da fare per arrivarci (ho provato durante il soggiorno in camera top al 6 piano) ed inoltre utilizzato sia per gli ospiti che per il personale di servizio per gli accessi in camera con le valigie ecc... Possibilità di garage a pagamento giornaliero nelle vicinanze. Direi comunque una buonissima scelta per chi vuole fare una vacanza super servita e rilassante.

Inqualificabile gestione nella proposta di preventivo inviata era indicato il costo di 15 euro al giorno per il parcheggio al momento di saldare la persona alla reception ha dichiarato di non essere a conoscenza di cui rifiutandosi di accedere alla prenotazione e pretendendo il pagamento di 25 euro Il reclamo inviato alla direzione chiedendo il ritorno di quanto indebitamente corrisposto in eccesso è rimasto senza risposta scontro Questi i fatti Valutino coloro che intendono soggiornare il livello dei servizi

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo il 7 aprile 2024, e che dire siamo rimasti molto delusi, ho scelto questo albergo a quattro stelle basandosi sulle recensioni e soprattutto basandosi sule foto della direzione. Per la camera, nulla da dire, ineccepibile, pulitissima, accogliente e vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il personale cortese è gentilissimo, unica pecca è non da poco é la ristorazione. In un 4 stelle non puoi dare lasagne al forno e pasta al pomodoro e l'unica nota di pesce sono state le farfalla al salmone(diciamo il profumo di salmone) e come secondo le seppie gratinate un po' gommose. Gli antipasti di pesce non pervenuti, nemmeno l'ombra, com'è possibile? Insomma un buffet che lo si trova facilmente anche il un due/tre stelle. La colazione ancora peggio.... Arriviamo alle 9...affettati assenti, formaggi idem poca scelta insomma. Bisognava chiedere per ogni cosa per essere rifornita(come non se ne devono accorgere loro, erano 4/5 cameriere per 15/20 persone in quel momento) affettato... Portano solo prosciutto cotto, tra l'altro pieno di grasso, mamma mia che tristezza. Noi di alberghi a 4 stelle ne abbiamo fatti(guardate il Tosco romagnolo, fieldberg sempre a Riccione, Alexander a Rimini solo per fare esempi, e non hanno nulla a che fare con questo). L'abbiamo fatto presente in reception e loro ci hanno risposto semplicemente con... " c'è quel menù perché c'erano dei gruppi e se venite un altra volta il menù sarà completamente diverso". Cosa? Come? E a noi che ci importa noi non siamo del gruppo e allora ci sono persone di serie A e altre di serie B, quindi attenzione, dovete essere fortunati a non capitare in questi giorni qui... Non ho parole. Insomma secondo la nostra esperienza, se volete fare il pernotto allora va benissimo, per altro passate altrove. Mi spiace ma non torneremo di sicuro, anche se sicuramente non gli interesserà molto..

Sono stato con mia moglie in questo hotel fronte mare, camera con vista mare stupenda, buona la pulizia ed i servizi, ottima la colazione , personale gentile e disponibile, una bellissima esperienza posizione comoda a poche centinaia di metri dal centro.
