"Beautiful hotel in a good location. The rooms overlooking the park are quiet and renovated. Very pretty. Friendly and smiling staff. The only downside is the work in progress spoiling this place. We have come several times - although obviously this is not listed - and will come back with pleasure...after the work is completed"

"Belo hotel boutique no coração de Lyon.De check-in para check-out, Quase tudo era perfeito. As únicas três coisas que EU poderia melhorar são: 1) O bar do hotel não tinha cadeiras 2) As máquinas Nespresso não tinham creme de café único ou pelo Menos pó, então você teve que pedir leite frio por 5€. 3) Como muitos hotéis na Europa, não tinham roupas na sala (a roupa de cara ou roupas carré como lhes chamam). O lobby era elegante e convidador, o Grande Salão era cinematográfico, embora um pouco pequeno, as quartos eram bem projetados, confortáveis e tinham grandes chuveiros de ar e chuveiros. A piscina, sauna, estufa, chá e relaxamento no sofá foram perfeitamente preparados após um dia quente de viagem em Lyon, e servidos EM vidro de vintage. No entanto, Martinis e Moda antiga devem ter Mais do que álcool perdido. "Review from my 13 years old daughter :) Enjoy it. We came to this hotel thinking it was going to be an amazing experience, but sadly it was the complete opposite. At first it seemed okay, although the first impression it gave us was that it was far too new to be good. Unfortunately, we were right. Exhausted, we stumbled into our rooms, ready to sleep. But the moment we opened the bed sheets, we were horrified. They were covered in hair. It honestly looked like dogs had been sleeping on the bed and the sheets hadn't been washed for weeks. We hoped the other room would be better, but it was just as bad. There were multiple stains all over the bed, and it made us feel absolutely disgusted. We went straight back to reception and asked to change our rooms. To our surprise, instead of apologizing, they completely denied what we were seeing. They kept insisting that the sheets were clean, even though they clearly weren't. It was unbelievable. Eventually, after arguing with them, we were finally given different rooms. Thankfully, they weren't as bad as the first ones, so we were finally able to get some sleep. The next morning, we still had a lot to do, but we decided to do the right thing and speak to reception again. We asked if they could offer us one free night to make up for such an awful experience. The receptionist seemed completely shocked and had to call the manager. This is where the experience became even worse. Instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, the manager spoke to us aggressively and immediately refused. Rather than taking responsibility for the disgusting condition of the rooms, they simply offered us free access to the pool, as if that could somehow make up for sleeping in filthy beds and the way we had been treated. By that point, we had completely lost our patience. We were tired of the poor cleanliness, tired of being told that what we clearly saw wasn't real, and tired of the rude attitude from the staff and management. We had enough. We packed our things, left the hotel, and booked another one instead. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we certainly will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone."

"O hotel está no 33o andar de um edifício de Alta elevação e perto Da estação ferroviária. Há UMA vista tão bonita Da sala, Como um hotel de cadeia, as amnistias são bastante boas, MAS teria querido UMA máquina de café adequada. A cama e as lãs são confortáveis e molhadas."
