Que decepção terrível. Primeiro, o quarto é muito abaixo do que as fotos mostram. Não é limpo. Você não consegue ir ao banheiro porque a pia está no caminho. A TV não funciona, o spa está quebrado. Quando pedi um travesseiro extra, você pensaria que pedi para amputar uma perna! Boa posição, mas, falando sério, não desperdice seu dinheiro. A piscina é boa, mas os lounges estão sujos e quebrados. As pranchas são perigosas e já viram dias melhores. Procure outro lugar!

Fomos realocados para este hotel, e ao olhar o site era suposto ser um bom hotel 4*, definitivamente não é. Eu diria 2* na melhor das hipóteses. O hotel é sujo, e a comida é horrível. A equipe é rude, exceto uma que foi realmente muito prestativa, então Vasilli, eu agradeço. A comida, como mencionado, é o mesmo lixo todos os dias, e há sempre um "ensopado de porco" em oferta. Economize seu dinheiro e reserve em outro lugar. EVITE EVITE EVITE!!!

A equipe é muito gentil, amigável e prestativa. Nós, como uma família de 6, nos divertimos muito. Não havia muita escolha com a comida. O bolo de laranja caseiro era ótimo. Mas o churrasco no domingo foi adorável. A piscina era ótima. Muitas espreguiçadeiras. 2 minutos de caminhada até a praia.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good homefood. The hotel was situated near to the beach. It was also easy to go to Rhodes city. Supermarkets were nearby. There were also interesting pool activities. Traveltime by car to the airport was around 15 minutes.

Lovely Greek style food, superb Greek barbecue, fantastic staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms would benefit if they had cups, coffee and tea available. Clean facilities, great pool almost like your own private pool, quiet and peaceful. Right beside the beach, three minutes walk, stoney beach so you will need beach shoes ( don’t waste money on the cheap ones €9:50 beside the hotel, go up the town to the right, €45 for a good pair, well worth it, the cheap ones last about an hour then give blisters. The staff are very helpful and friendly, wonderful people. Thank you everyone.

Our stay at this hotel on was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by chaos at the reception, with multiple guests arguing with staff about the poor quality of accommodations that were nothing like the images and descriptions provided online. When it was our turn, we were rudely told to "put up and shut up" for the night and that an alternative room would be provided the next morning. The room we were given was far below any acceptable standard—outdated, dusty, and utterly unhygienic. The bathroom was filthy, with visible limescale and mold. Worse yet, electrical sockets were dangerously loose, exposing wires and posing a serious safety risk. When we returned to reception to demand a room change, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes in a queue of other disgruntled guests. When we were finally attended to, the staff informed us that no other rooms were available, as the hotel was fully booked. To our shock, the receptionist began shouting at us, which left my partner in tears and both of us feeling unsafe. We recorded the incident on video, fearing for our safety. After insisting on a refund, we were grudgingly given an alternative room. However, this room was just as bad—ants infested the settee, dirt and dust covered the floors and fridge, and the bathroom was moldy and disgusting. We came back and asked for a refund even with the upgrade. The man at reception refused to speak to us and didn’t give us a refund because there was no manager there. Given that it was past midnight and we were in an unfamiliar area, we had no choice but to stay in the room. The next morning, we expressed our concerns again, and the hotel offered an upgrade and an all-inclusive package. However, by then, we no longer felt safe staying at the hotel and requested a refund, which was eventually agreed upon. As a result, we left the hotel and found an alternative accommodation which was much better! They said that we would get a full refund due to our experience, and said that our company provider was in charge. But to our surprise we found out that they had lie, and would only give us a 2 day refund which they didn’t split evenly. For them to get more money for which it is not worst. I would have prefer to have slept outside on the beach! However, one women on the desk with pink highlights was wonderful, and credit to her. I personally believe that she knew that his hotel was a dive! If you don’t mind mould, limescale, ants and an aggressive male men shouting and giving you fear this is a perfect hotel! Please please don’t pay to stay here you are wasting you hard earned cash. Pay the extra money to stay in Rhodes for a proper 4 star. Better night out, lovely beaches and facilities.

An amazing hotel. The staff are just fabulous who go above and beyond, so kind and so so lovely. the pool is kept lovely and clean and cool. the pool bar is kept clean and attentive staff serving drinks from 10am until 11pm. Wonderful Manolis who does the morning shift memorised our coffee orders and brought them over without us even asking. Food is what is expected of an all inclusive and is pretty decent. Rooms have fantastic AC which is needed during a heatwave in the middle of june. Cleaning ladies who come every morning asking if we need any assistance. cannot stress enough how attentive and helpful the staff are. There are some cats that wander around the hotel but they are very trained and stay out of the way. Hotel is kept very clean and everything is kept on top of. Could not recommend this hotel anymore!!!!!!

The staff are the ones who make this place work, always friendly, helpful & smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a second floor room with separate bedroom & kitchen area. Nice balcony. Lovely comfy bed, slept very well. The whole place is very clean. Has a nice pool with the usual loungers & bar. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Maid service (lovely ladies) every day if needed. Food is good, not a huge choice but I find that better, less wastage also you have the option to eat out locally, lots of cafe & restaurants to suit every budget. There are three hotel cats but they generally ignore everyone, good for pest control I find. The only thing that lets this hotel down a bit is the actual building, I am used to the different building standards in various countries but do feel the Forum group could do with investing here, having everything else excellent is damaged by the state of the building, a decent revamp by owners & this would be an absolute haven. Again the staff are the best.

Dump of a place if you stay here don’t let this cash cash cash hotel ruin your stay Debs and her gang are awful people food is the same but cold coffee never seen a coffee bean 🫘 in its life Sun beech hotel over the road is amazing with amazing staff and amazing food if you come of hotel turn left and walk about 1000 yards on your right hand side you will come across a snackbar restaurant run by yan and his small but polite team food en drinks 🥤 and there hospitality was outstanding and what we expected of an old traditional taverna this place is a must And yan says make yourself at home and you feel at home but in the sun with great views
