WOW!! Honestly such an amazing hotel, there is literally something for everyone! We travelled as a large family group (2 young families and grandparents) and not one of us had any complaints! The family facilities and kids entertainment is brilliant, our children had the best time! Thank you in particular to Amy and Lucy from the animation team for the effort put into all the daily activities and making our little girl feel so special!! The adults only pool was perfect, it really made you feel like you were in a completely different hotel without having to travel! The staff are all amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us! We had needed medical help while we were there and the reception team and life guard were brilliant, even checking in throughout our stay to ensure we were okay! Rooms were clean, good size and well equipped! The onsite shop isn’t overly expensive and has all your essentials and the pool areas are fantastic! Great location to beach and restaurants! We would certainly choose this hotel again!!

Lovely hotel and staff, child friendly :) Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffé with lots of option - only one «greek night» was a bit disapointing. The pool in May was a bit too cold for the little one. Nice playground. Other than that we had a lovely time.

We have just returned home from an amazing stay here. The animation team (entertainment) were amazing! Lucy,Aimee and Lusanda were so lovely and made myself and my little girl feel so welcome. She’s still speaking about them now we are home and trying to remember the mini disco moves💖 The buffet had themed nights and food was really nice. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. The kids pool was so much fun for my daughter, whilst I loved the aqua gym in the adult pool! My partner really enjoyed the football offered each day also. 100% loved our stay. If I was to say anything negative it would be the air con in our room wasn’t the best.

It was great experience, especially if you have young kids , the entertainment team were great , very friendly and active Food was more than great , loved the variety and the service their was fantastic. Staff are very friendly Swimming pool facilities is very good especially for kids , They have their own beach.

Great hotel - we stayed as a young couple and would highly recommend. We have opted for self catering, so can’t comment on food, but can say self catering accommodation on beach wing is great - has everything you need. Garden rooms are across the road in a separate building. Clean rooms, attended to daily. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have stayed around the adults only pool which is very relaxed and sits right on the beach. Plenty beds, no towels down until 9am and signs say will be moved if left empty for more than an hour, we have gone for 9am and always gotten a bed (may be busier in later months!) Nice area, plenty restaurants and shops in close walking distance. Rhodes town 20 mins away on bus - the staff have maps and will explain how it works. Rhodes town is fab and has brilliant atmosphere. Taxi back 15/20 euros for us. Highly recommend the hotel.

Sun beach is one of the nicest places I’ve ever been in Rhodes. Not only because the rooms are very good and clean, the food is very good (they even offer lactose and gluten free food) but also the staff is really friendly and helpful, they have two sides of the hotel with both a swimming pool which is really great! But my favorite part is the activities and the animation team! It’s really nice for kids but also for adults, they train really hard to give you the best of the best! I enjoyed it every day! A special thanks to Lucy Vannisselroy who leads the team! It’s amazing. I wanna thank the team and hotel for a wonderful vacation, see you next time! Jasmine
