Princess Andriana Resort & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive

Absolutely amazing hotel. Went with my wife and 6yr old daughter for October half term. Every element of the hotel was great, staff cleanliness, location right on a beautiful pebble beach with beach bar/snack bar just set back from the loungers. The beach itself was great for snorkelling too. Saw many fish, including a few special ones. Including a puffer, a young moray eel and grouper. Also a couple of people had spotted a lion fish out by a rock 10meters out. Water Sparta can also be accessed from the beach and a couple of boat tours to Lindos which pick up straight from the beach. There’s not many other places nearby to go to apart from a couple of bars/restaurants over the road but you won’t really need to leave unless like me you want to catch the footie/rugby. Then it’s just 2 minutes to a bar that has the sport on. Also a couple of shops there with lower prices than the on site shop. Food was great every day and plentiful. Various theme nights through the week and always found food for our fussy 6yr old daughter. The wine was always flowing with very attentive table service. The staff especially the porter who showed us to our room and was helpful in directing me to places locally. All bar staff were pleasant even when things got busy. The entertainment team…. Well they were amazing. The first night I thought let’s avoid the shows as other hotels tend to have rubbish shows.. well I’m soo sorry I did as the second night we gave it a try for our daughter and we all where laughing the whole night. Something for all ages after the mini disco. So glad we were there for the last week before the animation team went home for the winter. They are a credit to the hotel!! We really could not fault anything! I even found myself trying to think of areas than could be improved and really did struggle. The only thing minor negative was the difficulty we found getting into any of the A la carte restaurants that we were allowed to book for no additional charge but all where fully booked on arrival. We did manage to get into the beach bbq which was an extra charge but well worth it! Just go very very hungry!! As there is soo much meat you will want to devour! Thank you to the staff/hotel for such an amazing holiday. We hope to return again this year pocket money permitting.

October 2023 saw us staying at Princess Andriana for 24 hours due to a BA flight cancellation meaning our holiday was extended for 3 days. Our hotel had no availability for the first night so we were transferred to Princess Andriana for 24 hours until a room was available again in our chosen hotel (adults only). We weren’t overly keen to be sent to Princess Andriana having experienced quite poor service when we had last visited several years earlier. Also we weren’t looking forward to being in a family hotel as we imagined there would be lots of children around. On arrival we found the welcome at reception somewhat lukewarm but a lovely porter chatted to my husband whilst I checked us in and he informed hubby that he had been working there for around 8 years (I think since it first opened its doors). He offered to take our hand luggage to the room but we declined as it was just 1 floor up in the lift and we were confident we’d find out room easily enough. We were pleased to see the room was not far from the lift and were delighted to see that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite for free which was really nice with a living room area and a four poster bed and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet and sink and oddly enough a hairdryer and the other had a separate bathtub with Jacuzzi and a walk in shower. I made myself a bubble bath with the shower gel above the bath but try as I might I couldn’t get the Jacuzzi to work at all. The mini bar in the room had canned drinks, some soft drinks and a few cans of beer, which we didn’t use at all and tea/coffee facilities too. In the main bathroom I came across my main ****** which was that there was no conditioner only shampoo. I honestly didn’t expect this in a so called 5 star hotel and definitely NOT in an Executive Suite. There was also no body cream available. Thankfully we had brought our own body cream but the lack of conditioner was annoying. And it wasn’t as if it was missing, they just didn’t have any! There were fixed holders for the shower gel and shampoo above the bath and in the shower but no empty holders, so I guess conditioner is not a consideration! The view from our large balcony was a bit boring with the main road outside and a bit of a struggle to see the sea! Communal areas in the hotel were well maintained and the hotel shop sells lots of lovely souvenirs and gift items with really pleasant staff, although we thought it odd that the table tennis table had been moved from pool level to outside the shop, it seemed a bit of an inconvenience for those playing and those going past to get to the shop… We spent a few hours around the pool in the afternoon and hubby had a swim for less than 30 minutes and on exiting the pool, he said that I should be thankful that I didn’t venture into the pool as it stank of urine! I won’t repeat what else he said but suffice to say, it included something about showering numerous times to get the smell off himself! I guess it was to do with lot

Lovely couples massage by Eudoxia and Stavloula great relaxation and intense massage for my Husband. The staff and the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The overall hotel and spa are very clean every day. Food offered is amazing and different selections.

Just had a lovely stay at this hotel. Room: We had a lovely private pool room, the bed was large and comfy, the bathroom was a good size with plenty of counter space to put out toiletries, large wardrobe space for both of us to store our clothes, suitcase storage space, mini fridge, terrace had table and chairs with two sunbeds and then good sized private pool. Food: It was one of the better all inclusive buffets we been to, each night has a large range of options to choose from and was able to find something to eat. It wasn't perfect but then again it is difficult to please everyone. We also went to the Moonlight Restaurant which is the fine dining option which was lovely and made a change from the buffet. Pool Area: The pool was large and deep and cool in the hot weather, there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. But be careful when walking around as it floor tiles can get slippery. Beach: We only had a look around but there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Hotel Overview: It is a lovely, spacious hotel with a large lobby, outside terrace and pool terrace to have places to sit and drink. The buffet restaurant was large, so didn't matter what time you went to eat as there were plenty of spaces available. There were activities during the day if you are interested in that and entertainment in the evening. There is a bus stop outside the hotel so you can use public transport if you want to get around. The shop within the hotel has a wide range of products to choose from. Good range of drinks with the spirits being good quality brands, with the beer being a local one and plenty of soft drinks to choose from. I would recommend staying at this hotel for couples and families.

We had the best family holiday to the Princess Andriana with two kids (aged 6 and 10) We were worried about the pools being too deep but It didn't stop the kids, they loved the pools and the inflatables. We had a family room with a swim up pool, room was so spacious and beautiful and pool was great (both pools cold) we found the sea a lot warmer, take a snorkel and feed the fish some banana or bread! We'd love to go back, the animation team was great (my kids loved both Marcos and Millie) 👏

We had the greatest time in this hotel. Stayed in 1207 from 17-24 October 2023. Weather, food, drinks and all the hotel staff were brilliant. Can't speak highly enough about all the staff and they made our holiday. From reception, porters, cleaners, waiting staff, bar staff, all were very friendly to my wife and I. Booked both the Moonlight restaurant and the Italian and both were very good. Proper Baileys in the main bar and great cocktails which were made fresh. Mini bar restocked every other day and one of the bar staff would get us our Baileys and Brandy Baileys in a plastic glass to take back to our room every night. Fabulous Fountain Show every night at 9pm which we could watch from our balcony with our drinks. wife had a massage which she enjoyed on the Saturday as I crossed the road to a Sports Bar. Hope to come back next year with more of our family.

Stayed in May 2022 and the hotel overall is really good if you're looking for an all inclusive experience. Our trip was technically just before the season started, so there was a bar/restaurant still closed, but the facilities overall were good. As part of our all inclusive package, you got to dine at the a la carte restaurants 3 times during the space of 1 week and you are given wristbands to show this. However, we ended up paying to have our booking/wristbands upgraded to premium as this meant you could have drinks made with premium/branded spirits, and could dine at the a la carte restaurants unlimited. We ended up going to the main a la carte Moonlight restaurant which was of a very good quality and the bartender at the same bar section of the restaurant made fantastic premium cocktails. It roughly cost us an additional £28-30 a day for this which I would say is worth it if you don't really want to eat at the buffet for dinner, and you will have more than 2 drinks at night. Wouldn't personally recommend the Italian "restaurant" as the quality wasn't good when we stayed. Mostly of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff as they did everything to accommodate us when checking in. But would definitely say there needs to be more staff at the pool bar as there were only 2 working when we were there, and there was over a dozen guests up at anytime so the queues could sometimes be far too long. We went to the spa and had a few massages which were really good and we did enjoy them thoroughly, but please be aware that these are expensive so may be not be feasible if you're on a budget. The indoor pool was also really nice and quiet which made a nice escape almost like an adults only area. If you want to go out for a day trip or to explore, there is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel on the main road which takes about 40 minutes to take you to the town of Lindos, which is a wonderful place but like a maze with a lot of rooftop restaurants. I think this only cost us 8 euros each return. All in all, a really nice all inclusive resort and would recommend if you're looking to stay in Rhodes.

Just arrived back to the UK after booking via Jet2 for a week. The hotel facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Having travelled a lot we like modern clean hotels and this hotel really met the high standards advertised. I would send compliments to all the staff as they were all very friendly, went out there way to accommodate and make us all feel comfortable and happy. The evening entertainment was fun. The food was varied and of good quality. Special compliments to George who managed the restaurant and looked after us throughout. Also the happy funny young lady in red at breakfasts and lunch reception. The glass less boat ride was a must do. We did a trip to Lindoss via public bus which was right outside the hotel and easy to do. Rhodes is a lovely place with great people, food and relaxation.

This is the first part of the review of our family holiday to the Princess Adrianna. The reason I felt it necessary to write part of the review part way through our holiday is to warn guests from the BBQ dinner which costs €30 per person. We have just walked out of the restaurant without eating a thing. The meat is so dry it looks its been cooked from 2 days ago. There are wasps everywhere, the waiters do their best to try scare them off but the experience is not enjoyable at all. After complaining to Reception a lady from guest services came to see me and told me that despite us all not eating a thing that we still had to pay the full cost of the meal. It is a total rip off please do not fall for it as we did. (Photos to follow on full review shortly)
