Georgia Plus - All Inclusive

Absolutely brilliant time, thanks to all and I will definitely be back xx the staff cannot do enough for you, the room's are basic but absolutely fine and cleaned daily. Upon arrival a very warm welcome and water in fridge with coffee facilities and bathroom stocked with everything needed. We are in Greece and I booked 3 star not 5 star plus but the food is varied and caters for all. Once again thank you to Billy and his family for a great time will be sad to leave tomorrow xxx

Me and my friend came to Georgia hotel on the 1st of June-7th of june 2024. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area. A small shop 2 min walk away and the beach was a 20 min walk but a 5 min drive by taxi that cost us 10 euros. The beach is lovely but a stone beach not a sand one. The food is okay there is a lot of pasta almost every night but breakfast was spot on!! The hotel room was lovely! The aircon was definitely a plus. We only found 1 English film on the tv but this didn’t bother us as we watched Netflix on our phones. They have free WiFi too! The staff are lovely! When we arrived at the hotel it was 3am and the receptionist gave us sandwiches and showed us to our room, they greeted us each time we passed full of smiles. We only saw 1 night of entertainment and it was pretty good! Great atmosphere. There is one pool with a sectioned off bit for the kids. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We done a 4x4 tour in the mountains I’d highly recommend doing that it’s fully worth the price. All in all the hotel was spotless, the staff are great and we throughly enjoyed our holiday. We would come back again!

How anyone can complain about this place is baffling! We arrived at 2am after our tour operator had gone into insolvency and we had no booking. The hotel took it upon themselves to find us a room even though they were fully booked the man on reception gave us anything we asked for and nothing was too much trouble! He even helped us out by calling the tour operator to try and assist us! Breakfast dinner and tea was beautiful plenty of choice and all cooked well! Me and my mum are fussy but both found something we loved! One of the owners saw us looking at the papaya trees growing around the hotel complex and came to us with a tray of freshly cut papayas to try and they were beautiful! I genuinely could not fault the hotel in the slightest and I genuinely think it deserves much higher stars! All members of staff we have encountered behind the bar, in the restaurant and behind reception have been so helpful and accommodating! We have only been here 2 days but will 100% be returning

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because that aside the actual hotel is great. The staff are so polite, smiley and go above and beyond. Not much choice in food BUT it’s absolutely delicious. The pool is small but plenty of chairs and deckchairs. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding. Provided you with a fridge in the room, tea and coffee station! There is one lady who worked on the breakfast and lunch shift in the dining room and she is the sweetest person in the world, I love her. Also the lady who worked in the bar outside, she’s so lovely as well. All the staff are, just a very friendly atmosphere. However, as a young couple in their 20’s, the location wasn’t ideal for us. It’s very quiet, abit out of the way from a walk into town nothing surrounding the area. There is a very cheap bus that runs to Rhodes €2.50 each way though and the bus station isn’t far from the hotel at all, but as in walks outside, not much. The one thing I didn’t like is the play the same 4 songs near the pool day in day out and it got unbearable at times. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing easy going holiday complex I would recommend Georgia Apartments. Thank you to all the staff at Georgia, you were extremely helpful and kind 🤍

NOT A THREE STAR EVER. Rooms. Maids are in every day with fresh towels and clean bedding. They sweep and mop. There are birds nests in some rooms and on top of outside room doors where the birds fly in at the crack of dawn keeping you awake. Old fashioned shower curtain is a nightmare. Very stained and sticks to you with or without the window open. Taps are all corroded. Water goes everywhere. No ironing board or iron. No telephone to contact the desk . You only have one key so when you pull the key out to go out you can’t turn the light on to see the door. Rooms are very basis, no double beds so arrivals are pulling beds together in the night keeping you awake. Food. Same every other day. They serve the same soup all day. There’s no grill cooking fresh omelettes like others all/inclusive. Eggs come out at 7.30am and just dry up . Breakfast is the best meal. No change though same day in day out. Not much Greek tradition food, I asked one day if they could do some traditional dishes. As they serve burgers, chicken nuggets and fishfingers. Great for the kids but the adults do not need that. Nor jelly and icecream that was on offer most days and nothing else except an apple or a pear. The food was not labelled till we I think they had enough of us constantly asking what it is. Was served a lot of pork and chicken all dried up. Would not recommend the food. Only time we got something decent when an inspection was taking place. Pool/bar area. Pool was NEVER cleaned, very greasy on the bottom. The owner checks the recording of urine in it every day and then throws a cup full of crystal s down it. The pool area was never cleaned down. Nor was the form sunbeds that carried grease , sweat and suncream every day. The drinks are served out of plastic cups all day/night and the bar is partially outside not ideal when it is cold. No entertainment at all. Greek night started in June, so that is false advertising. Entertainment is Greek music on a continuous loop but they will change if you ask. All inclusive means you have unlimited drinks and food and are not monitored! They erected tv which we thought was for entertainment. No it was for the owner to watch the news at a high volume eating his food out of the restaurant despite signs saying guests can’t do it. SECURITY. There is no security on the hotel. The night porter who is also the waiter Goes to sleep on the sofas with all hates and doors open. STAFF . All the staff are very rude and ignorant to say they are a family hotel. The owner billy NEVER says nothing or his son ! The manger Vera is very obnoxious and doesn’t greet you. The four people that are nice out . Zoi a diamond! A guy with a headset who serves at night and the young girl and the other lady , her name started with A.

This is our last night at this Greek family run hotel, no it's not 5 star it's not got banging entertainment every night, and it's not over run with drunken stag parties or groups of uncontrollable kids who's perants don't give a dam for others. Loverly genuine food, and a nice selection of drinks, Really friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily and nothing is to much trouble. On a great bus route for Rhodes 2.5euro one way and Lindos 4.0euro one way, very regular. If you want night life it's a no, if you like a genuine friendly holiday you can chill it's a yes fron us. 😀👍

So check in is brief and the we were ushered up to the top floor in the original building via the staircase as there is no lift with our suitcases. The electricity was off on arrival until the engineer arrived later to restore the supply. The room is as basic as it gets there are 3 single beds even though we are a couple, a tiny TV with only Greek channels, a mini fridge situated on a small counter top, a wardrobe with 6 coat hangers and a safe in the bottom that we learned later is free but we were never given the key. The bathroom is tiny and is very dated and has the tiniest shower tray and has a 80s style pull around shower curtain which is to be blunt a pain as it either lets water out all over the floor or sticks to you whilst showering, I found showering more of a task here than ever before. The taps and shower head are older than old mother Riley to the point the chrome is eroding, the sink taps are so close to the wall I trapped my finger turning on the tap, The balcony overlooked waste land and a builder yard and was also the current nesting ground for swifts which made a mess every day, I don’t believe the balcony was ever cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. The room was spruced up daily with fresh towels and beds made and a quick sweep, the bathroom sink was never cleaned. The supply of toiletries like Shower gel are limited to approx 20ml per week in little tubes. The pool area is acceptable but again the pool is never physically cleaned at least not in the 2 week we were there, this is evident as the floor of the pool is slippy. Billy the old man who owns the hotel throws a cup full of crystals into the pool each day and that is all the servicing it gets. There is a busy road right by the pool bar and sometimes the traffic noise here is very loud. The sun loungers are just about acceptable but the areas where all the loungers are again are never cleaned. The bar at the pool is the only bar, drinks are served in throw away picnic beakers from 10.30am until 10.30 pm after this drinks have to be paid for. The music is played on repeat unless you ask for a change. There is no entertainment here at all what you read about a Greek night is a lie there is no Greek night, some of the photographs on here also show a pool table and what I think is air hockey, these are no longer there. Music is played via a PC behind the bar and controlled by the bar staff. It is usually 4 or 5 Greek classics on repeat. The daytime bar snacks are an absolute joke they are in the refrigerator unit by the bar and it did consist of half of dozen stale and sweaty cheese sandwiches but they have now ceased and there are a few pastries in there instead left over from the main restaurant, best to avoid this tbh. The restaurant is where this hotel really struggles, apart from the intense heat in there due to lack of adequate aircon, the food is poor and the combinations on offer are very random and repetitive. The food is often cold and baked dry under the heat

Rooms are OK need updating though, pool area ok bar area good , needs more entertainment on was same Greek song on repete all the time. No entertainment at all in 10 days we was there. Food shocking same thing day in day out no real change at all pudding was same thing every day baklava ice cream jelly that was it no other choice. Some staff lovely other rude as hell they seem OK with you till u make a complaint about anything. Rooms clean ish daily . Nothing to do evenings other than play your own games (cards) it shows pool tables and stuff there isn't that at all there's nothing. Pool open 10am till 6pm . Beach is miles away and not easy to get too. We got on buses or in taxis everyday to get away which is what we like doing but also like a chill pool day . Little village 20 mins walk up the road and sweet dreams is 4 min walk we had breakfast and donuts cakes from here most days and the food isn't great at all. Shown at 3 stars now a 2 star I would say it needs a lot of Improvements. If u make a complaint about anything what how they charge towards u turn rude and talk about u will not be returning here ever .

Just been reading reviews and while I agree about staff and family being friendly,I totally disagree about the food quality.Breakfast was really the only decent meal,lunch and evening meals were totally hit and miss.I will not be returning.The only really enjoyable thing was the people we met,great evenings spent chatting and having a laugh.
