Fantastisk service. ALL personal trevliga, glada och tillmötesgående.
Mysigt och lugnt trots många barnfamiljer. Familjär känsla.
Till och med de som bodde på hotellet var jordnära och trevliga människor.
Det enda negativa var matsalen och maten. Matsalen ekade och lät mycket, skolmatsalskänsla.
Maten var ok, man hittade alltid något, men inte toppklass. Drinkarna var helt fantastiska däremot, likaså kaffet.

Lovely hotel and staff so friendly and happy to accommodate everyone :) My only one bit of feedback would be to get better activity people. Sad to say they just didn’t get people involved and didn’t make much effort :( Other than this I would recommend and will be back :)

We are currently at the Leonardo resort and have had a fab stay! My children and I (14 & 10) received a friendly welcome at reception with a glass of bubbly (juice for the kids) and we were shown to our room and our luggage was carried for us. It was my birthday the day after we arrived and I was surprised with a birthday cake and a bottle of red which was a lovely gesture. The Pool is a decent size although my children said it was on the colder side. There were plenty of sunbeds and we never struggled to find some no matter the time of day, although it may be different during peak season. There is a shop in the hotel selling the essentials and across the road from the hotel there is a shopping centre selling souvenirs etc. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is nice but could do with a clean up! The food was varied which was a relief as some all inclusive resorts can be quite repetitive! The Pool restaurant has burgers, chips, salads, which weren’t the best but they were okay for a quick snack during the day! The staff are all very friendly and we have had a lovely holiday! I would definitely recommend the resort and would return to Leonardo!

Don't worry, this is the place to go and having stayed in Kolymbia several times over the past 24 years I have no worries in recommending this great place for all. From first entering the hotel I met and continued to meet the happy, helpful and charming team, which is Leonardo Hotel. Room was clean and with a very good aircon system, yes even in October this was needed with 32C on several days, useful fridge, well equipped bathroom, slippers and dressing gown, plus a very comfortable bed. During my 2 week stay I visited and stayed in Tilos and Symi, both of which I can recommend and please see my comments on the places I stayed. On my trips away, I would always be asked where I was going and did I need any assistance, on my return real interest in what I had seen and done. The team here are so client focused and when you think they work 7 days a week for the whole session, how they keep smiling, cheerful and helpful shows the management are not bosses but team players. I will hopefully return and know I will love every minute as I have just done. The pictures are: The fishing port about 250 M from the hotel and a friend visiting the gardens around the hotel.

Wow what a wonderful hotel - perfect in every way for us. Perfect location - quiet but very short walk to 3 beaches, and the sea is lovely to swim in. Views of mountains and the sea. Pool area spacious and immaculate. Rooms - great AC, beds comfy, shower powerful, fresh towels daily. Short bus ride for trips out (30 mins to Lindos and about 50 mins to Rhodes town). Bus is 4 euro each way, both are well worth a visit. All of the staff are exceptional from reception, housekeeping and especially Valisis, Spyros and George in the lobby bar and Sakis at the pool bar. Lauren is a great asset very helpful also. Cristos always on hand and helpful in the restaurant. Restaurant buffet great and varied for all 3 meals. My daughter is coeliac so has to eat gluten free. The buffet has a lot of food naturally GF - meat, salad, cheese, potatoes, chips, lots of veg, rice, fruit, yogurts etc. for breakfast they also provide GF pancakes and bread if you ask. Desert only limited GF option (fruit, jelly, yogurt and sorbet) however staff organised for a lovely desert option in the evening if requested. We were at the end of the season (hotels last week before closing) so entertainment had finished. We enjoyed playing games in the bar, sunset walks along the beaches close by, enjoying cocktails chatting to the staff. We wouldn’t usually return to the same place, but this is a little piece of paradise. My teenagers and we adults felt completely recharged. Thank you

We are visiting Leonardo hotel every year and it is better and better !! The hotel is a truly five star hotel from the staff and the cleanness to the facilities and services !! The staff is the most polite and experienced staff I have ever seen !! They are always smiling and say to you whenever they see you “Kalimera” which is hello in Greek . Food and drinks are amazing !! Rooms and toilets are very clean !! The facilities are well maintained and all the areas are very clean, too !! Congratulations to all the staff of Leonardo !! They are true professionals !! Well done !! Keep going with the good job !! See you next year guys !! ❤️❤️

This place is perfect. We walked in off the street after booking another local hotel which was truely terrible. Irene at reception was so welcoming and called her manager Elena over. Well they literally bent over backwards to help. We were even offered a lunch there and then. We packed our bag and wheeled it down to this hotel to the most stunning suite room, champagne on ice, fresh fruit and flowers on the bed. It took our breathe away. Every single member of staff worked tirelessly to make our stay amazing. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless . We were bought treats around the pool like fresh melon and deserts. The foods were perfect, hot, fresh, great choice and lots of dishes. The gym was good for us with a kinesis machine. The pool was freshwater and spotless. A perfect experience that we won't forget even though we only had 4 nights. Honestly the manageress and her team were wonderful . We want to come back for our 2 weeks holiday in Sept. Thank you. You saved our break away. We are truely grateful.

We had a wonderful long weekend here late April. My partner and I both agreed this is the nicest all-inclusive hotel we have ever experienced. The staff without exception were so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good with lots of selection. The drinks also really good. A nice swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and shade and a lovely friendly atmosphere and very clean too. The resort is a nice size - not too big. We had a great stay! Highly recommended. I’d especially like to mention Kiki and the porter who were both particularly helpful. By the way, to get here we got a taxi from the airport which costs E45-50 each way and was really convenient and cheaper than the package holiday transfer fee.

So the good points first. Very clean in all areas. Very friendly staff. Bad points, Very lumpy uncomfortable beds. Should never be a 5 star, I'd say a decent 3 at best. I have never stopped at a 5 star all inclusive & been expected to drink tap water. You can normally get small bottles of water at the bar when required but here they just give you a paper cup filled from the tap, unless you are a staff member then you get given a bottle... When you first walk around the restaurant the food looks good but never was the saying, "looks can be deceiving" more fitting. It was never hot, ever & sliced tinned mushrooms should not have a place at a supposedly 5 star hotel. Also small prepacked croissants, which I don't think they even bother heating up at all are available at breakfast.. So if you like bland tasting cold food, lumpy beds & Greek tap water stay at the Leonardo.
