Apartment is clean, spacious and nice views. Near restaurants and convenience store. Excellent and friendly service throughout our stay, keep it up!!

總體不錯。暖氣很足，離公交站近，房間空間很大。 但預訂的時候圖片顯示是高層外景，去到發現是一樓；倒垃圾指示不清太麻煩；衹有一個廁所很不方便。

Apartment was beautiful and very clean! A good base in Reykjavík especially if you are out most of the time. Only suggestion would be to make it clearer that if using the underground parking garage, you must pay each and every time you exit. From the property guide it seemed as if you pay at the end of your entire trip

The Sif apartments are really centrally located for Reykjavík points of interest. All are within walking distance, but the location is also very quiet. There are grocery stores nearby which offsets the high prices in Iceland. The apartments are clean, spacious and really well equipped. The washer dryer is especially useful as it means you can pack fewer clothes and get anything dry that falls victim to the Icelandic weather!

Really clean and quiet - close to a bunch of stuff, walking distance in the summer, not so much the winter.

This was worth every penny! well aware that there are places that are cheaper but having space to cook and move about for the entire week we were there was worth. Both rooms and bathrooms were a good size. The washer and dryer were a great addition as we packed lighter and did small loads as needed. Basic dishes are supplied and a small frig is there with plenty of counter and cabinets space. Cant lie my husband and i wanted the walk in closet, lol. To get to old bus stop of many restaurants inside (cant recall the name) was 5-7 min was away. Bonus was 10-13 min walk away. So easy to walk and get around!

I recently had a fantastic stay at SIF apartments in Reykjavik and wanted to share my thoughts. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to the main Laugavegur street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Plus, being close to the Hlemmur food hall and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops made dining options a breeze. The only minor downside was the cost of parking in the building's underground lot, which could deter guests from leaving their cars there during the day. It would be great if SIF could negotiate a fixed rate with the parking owner for 24-hour or longer stays. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue we encountered was with the shower in the en suite bathroom, which wasn't entirely water-tight, leading to some water spilling onto the floor. However, we hope this is specific to the apartment we stayed in and not a common problem. Overall, our experience at SIF apartments felt like a home away from home during our five-night stay. Despite the minor parking and shower concerns, we would definitely choose to stay here again for the wonderful location and comfortable accommodations.
