L’hôtel est agréablement situé en bord de mer, 30 minutes à pied du port, avec un joli jardin. Les piscines sont très agréables et les transats confortables.
Le personnel est agréable, souriant, mais pas au niveau pour un hôtel de ce standing. Des problèmes de formation sont évident : tables pas forcément débarrassées, non-respect des commandes.
Le ménage n’a pas été très bien réalisé dans les chambres, et souvent il a fallu réclamer à l’accueil pour que ce soit corrigé. Je regrette d’avoir payé un supplément pour une suite, alors qu’avec une chambre classique vue mer la vue était bien plus belle, et les installations de la chambre classique étaient meilleures : il manquait sur ma terrasse de quoi poser les vêtements mouillés pour les faire sécher, dans la salle de bain pas de tablette pour poser les affaires, c’est vraiment problématique pour un établissement de ce standing. De même que dans l’armoire, impossible de poser les vêtements, j’ai dû les laisser sur le bureau alors qu’il y a beaucoup d’espace vide qui aurait pu servir d’étagère. Ce n’est pas normal. Le service voiturier est appréciable. Globalement je suis satisfait de mon séjour, mais il faut faire attention, car le prix est élevé et les prestations pas forcément au niveau.

Hotel top ! Moderno, lindo, na beira da praia, atendimento impecável! No quarto, agia e 1 garrafa de vinho de cortesia, com.uns petiscos tipo nuts, figo, damascos. Café da manhã excelente, completissimo. Após check out, ainda utilizamos as instalações do hotel por mais algumas horas! Recomendo sem dúvidas!!!

Beautiful new hotel but they are still working out kinks. We have been in Greece for 5 weeks to 6 different islands and it was the worst wifi we have had in our room. Also they placed us above the outdoor bar so people were smoking and we couldn’t even sit out on our balcony because of the smokers. Also when we arrived we took a shower and the tw drain was plugged. Took them about an hour to come fix.

Fabulous hotel, modern rooms as only 2 years old! Great lighting system. Sea view room good as better than facing other buildings. Nice food and good beach service. Could do with hand gel in restaurant. Enjoyed our stay and in a good position to walk into town.

Great hotel. Room standard was high. Food and drinks also high quality. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular Megi was brilliant and always kept our drinks topped up :D

This hotel is amazing!
As soon as you walk down the lobby, you can't help not to say wow.
Amazing path to the sea and private area to rest and order food. (There's a button to call for food and drinks!)
The staffs are all very friendly.
My only criticism is food. Many people say food was amazing but as an Asian customer I was a bit dissapointed that there were many duplicate menus for egg.. 3 egg omlets!
I wish there were fried rice/noodle and meat and fish options.
I chose full board option for two nights, expected a bit better quality menu.
We used spa and highly recommend their product including hamam experience. The package price wasn't bad considering it includes several massage menu and product as well. The staff is really friendly too.
