We checked in but couldn't park our truck in the garage and the parking lot where they told us to park was dark not protected and there weren't any other cars in the lot. We noticed a lot of people walking around and we didn't want our truck broke into. Plus it was a new Sierra Denali. So we checked out since we didn't have any other options and went to another hotel. Of course they charged us for one nights stay but wasn't happy about that since we tried to find a place to park. Was not happy at all with the people there. I don't believe we should've had to pay anything.

Chose this hotel, because they had electric chargers and courtyard Marriott’s are pretty predictable. Unfortunately, we arrived late due to storm traffic and no chargers were available. We were a bit stiff from the long drive and had to buy Tylenol from their market. Would’ve been nice to get a little more personalized treatment given the difficult roadtrip with kids. Hotel seemed nice but we were only there for a quick sleep.

Right across from the Reno baseball park, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Reno. It is very clean and quiet. You can walk to ******s, restaurants, and the Reno Event Center all within 10 minutes. The amenities in the hotel are typical with a coffee bar and bistro available. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. We had a river view and could see the ducks swimming and hear them which was fun. The bed was a little firm for my taste but still the room was clean and quiet…2 must haves for me. The front desk people are polite and check in and check out was easy. Public parking is in the garage next door and you do pay $10 a night for it, but it is convenient and your hotel key gets you in and out privileges. Overall-I would definitely stay here again when coming to Reno. I also recommend Dark Shot Coffee and Mellow Fellows Bar and Grill right across the street. Both great places for food and drink!

All was good there at the hotel I have a nice stay there.
The only thing I didn't like so much there was only certain hours to get any food as t the besstro .
But I guess for the size of the place they have to have. That way .

we stayed for 2 nights and the morning after the first night, I asked the cleaning lady if she can clean our room, but the room was still uncleaned.

We arrived on a Saturday at approximately 2:30. We were told our room was not ready, which was fine. The person at the desk said they would call when my room was ready. We returned over an hour later to find the room had been ready but no one had notified us.
The signage in the hotel had us wind our way through two long corridors when the room was actually very close to the elevator.
The desk chair had what appeared to be cigarette holes in the chair.
The room was awkwardly laid out and seemed very small. The bed faced the window but there was little room to get to the far side of the bed. The extra seating was extremely uncomfortable.
Again, it wa a Saturday night, but starting around 9:45 there was loud music that lasted about 1.5 hours. The music made it impossible to sleep or even hold a quiet conversation.
Even though I paid for a week, we checked out after the first night.
