3 Times we changed rooms Due to Dirtiness/Aircon breakdown and Very dissapointed with the rooms condition.its all dirty and yellow stained in bath tub, toilets seats and my mom nearly cut her feet due to their defect tiles.Nevertheless,The staff is all very polite, good service and very friendly. Had such a blast celebrating new year with the staffs which the hotel management organize.The buffet spread is tip top and nice even their breakfast.Tq to all the staff for their great service!

Given a room with dirty towels, old dirty linens and dirty curtains. Disgusting! Asked to change room and staff obliged. They should really get new towels and linens. No iron and ironing board available. Seriously does not deserve 4 star rating. I wont even gove 3 star!

Dirty, torn curtain, holes in carpet that nobody knows when the last time it is vacuumed, worn furniture, dated bathroom, broken doorkey.
The only good thing is location.

room is too get damage. not so clean.
and, Refrigerator and hair dryer broken.
then, I requested to reception stuff woman replace Ref and dryer..
she said will soon arrange to check but she never said sorry. but, only change dryer by other hotel stuff. I requested agaIn to stuff for Ref check.
but, never any member come again to my room.
AC also not so cool, setting 18degree but not cool.
i feel many stress, so i checked out 1 night early eventhogh i cannot get refund deposit.
this hotel feel not 4 star, it may 2 or 3 star come from service and facility quality. Not recommend.

Nice entrance, own bottles and instant coffee. Friendly staff at desk. Other than that very dirty, outdated and it doesn’t feel like a comfortable stay. We asked for new towels cause they were literally all grey/brown. Airco didn’t really work, fridge also didn’t cool as much. It looked as if someone barfed on the wall, blood on the curtains, the bathroom was never cleaned etc.. please see the pictures. Old everything. Didn’t really charge my phone in the middle of charging and the wifi also didn’t work.
