Spent 6 wonderful nights at this establishment. Firstly, the front office staff was amazing at reception and many thanks for going out of your way to accommodate an English speaker. The gym and swimming pool were also adequate and the location of the hotel is great due to its proximity to the mall, beach and restaurants. The only downfall is the quality of the breakfast which does have room for improvement. Overall, a great option for Recife and would definitely return.

I arrived late at the hotel for check in, I made the procedure and I went up completely exhausted of the trip, I went to bath and had no towels available in the room, I called at the reception and told me I had to go withdraw (??) OK. I went down, picked up the towels I asked a coat gave me a bed copper that wasn't heating anything and had no other kind of cover. My stay extended for 44 days but I went to another hotel that gave me the minimum comfort. The only thing that ”saves” is the service of the staff, all have always been very educated, at the reception, at the coffee and during cleaning, but it's all sad.

The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.

The rooms are beautiful, especially if they are on the upper floors. The service is of quality. The swimming pool is small but we are on the sea.

The Marante Plaza Hotel was excellent! Besides the great location, the service and the wonderful coffee served, the accommodation was wonderful, with a salt in the entrance of the apartment, which left us very comfortable and comfortable! When we need accommodation in Recife, we will certainly prefer Marante and we will also tell other people!

Hotel maravilhoso! Localização ótima! Do do shopping Riomar. Café da manhã com muitas opções! Como ponto negativo, apenas a cama que era muito firme. Poderia ser mais macia. De toda forma, as noites foram muito agradáveis. Voltaria com certeza!
