Premier Inn Basildon (Rayleigh) Hotel

Location near to place want to go, room is clean and quiet. But WiFi is slow.

This Premier Inn was the best we have ever been too. We slept very well even though the A127 was within 30-40 yards away as the double glazing was fantastic. The room was very clean and tidy, the shower room was the height of cleaness. Our bed was very comfortable. The service at breakfast was quick and efficient , the food arrived piping hot and tasted fresh. The whole experience was lovely and would highly recommend to others.As it wasnt far from Southend seafront we was able to take a trip there knowing we would ne coming back to comfort. Will be staying at this particular hotel again.

Staff, as always, super helpful and friendly. First stay since the refurbishment and an amazing difference! Room and bathroom were top notch. Very impressed.

Premier Inn - Basildon (Rayleigh) hotel We stayed two nights in June and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and tidy and room was spot on. The ladies who served us for breakfast both mornings were fantastic, Gina (G-String) and Sophie were both friendly, good fun, happy and really are assets to the Premier Inn. They have the breakfast area running like a dream, nothing is too much trouble. They do a fantastic job and I really hope the bosses recognise their hard work and commitment. Also a big shout out to the chef, I think his name was Andy, the breakfast was delicious. Thank you all.

Stayed for a week visiting family. My room was absolutely spotless cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in a long time breakfast was really nice and hot and good variety. Staff at reception, cleaners and breakfast staff very helpful and very friendly. Stayed here as it was central to visiting family and surrounding area. Would highly recommend as lovely comfy bed too. Thankyou for a great stay.

Easy convenient free parking. Quick book in with friendly staff. The rooms have recently been refurbished my room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and quick checkout when I left. Will definitely use again

Plus side: Hotel rooms - newly decorated, extremely modern and clean. Breakfast staff - Gina was fabulous! Nothing too much trouble. Down side: £10 to check in 20 mins early is extreme. Receptionist that checked us in - dire. (not all reception staff, I’m sure). Rude! When we mentioned that there was chairs stacked blocking the fire exit and our way through the door nothing was done. No help offered, just a response of “yeah we know”. Spoke to the manager who was equally as rude…..never again!
