Location about 30Min with the city tram. Had Animod gift voucher (2 nights for € 149).Because it was our third gift voucher of Animod, we knew that nothing special would expect us. Extension night cost €99 excluding taxes. Price/(performance ratio is not true. Rooms (South) very hot. No air conditioning. TV very small. No refrigerator or mini bar. Cocktail seat cracked horriblely loud at the lowest movement and was exchanged after the 2nd complaint. The shower was defect. The shower head was always sliding down into the chest height as the attachment was broken. Two times advertised, without success. Dusch gel/shampoo empty after the first day. Not filled. Toilet cover (underside) has probably been little maintained in the past years. Plastic is now urine yellow. Broken shell shell has been replaced by roller belt. Crushing breads are not known there. Egg preparation must also have been taught. Eggs had very solid consistency every day. Hotel has 2 dining rooms. A small room, called restaurant, is for travelers and a room for the Ukrainians in the hotel. Due to the short seat offer for travelling guests, you had to decide on the day before whether to take a breakfast in the time window 06:30-07:30, 07:30-08:30 or 08:30-0ß9:30. On the last day we wanted to take breakfast at 06:30. The kitchen staff wanted to close a restaurant. When I asked at the reception then €20 for 2 people to have breakfast in the train station or dining car (have room cards and had to be on the train at a time) the young woman went down and reached that we could have breakfast, but without hot drinks.

We, my wife and another friendly couple, were guests at the Parkhotel in mid-September 2021 for a week. Super breakfast buffet, a quite infinite and very tasteful selection of the buffet for the evening at which everyone finds something. Very good wine, tasty mineral water, interesting and good drinks, as well as very attentive restaurant and hotel forces. The rooms are comfortable, very quiet at closed windows, the location on a main street has made it necessary for me to close the windows at night (light sleep). The hotel itself is very quiet. In the room we found a corner that was dustful, only in the room. Therefore a point deduction. A short and regular wiping with the Plumeau would be great. Many excursions are possible from New Town in all directions and also well reachable. We have felt very, very well. For 3 stars Superior perfectly appropriate and in any case recommend without limitation. Thank you for your hospitality. We are happy to come back.

There were no terrible issues, but some details not expected in a 5-Star hotel: 1) We requested for a COT (baby bed), we had to ask for it 3 times. 2) 1st night, baby wet the sheets, we put them together with some towels for change. Cleaning team put new towels but REUSED the wet cot sheet. 3) Many hairs on the floor of the bathroom when we entered the room and spider web in the balcony. 4) The water in the bad in the garden has big living worms, we realized after our baby put his toes in the water. 5) Coffee machine in the room would be a great asset Breakfast is amazing, people is super kind, facilities are awesome, thanks! *** German translated ** Es gab keine schlimmen Probleme, aber einige Details, die man in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht erwartet: 1) Wir baten um ein COT (Babybett), wir mussten dreimal danach fragen. 2) 1. Nacht, Baby macht die Laken nass, wir legen sie zusammen mit ein paar Handtüchern zum Wechseln. The breakfast is very good, the room is spacious, the surroundings are excellent, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Opera House are all within walking distance, and there is a large shoppping mall across the street, which has a lot of brands and a lot of food. One of the cleanest and more modern hotels I've stayed at in Germany. The nightly rate was very fair and the staff were beyond friendly. I had asked for a spoon and some ice for the food I had purchased from the Rewe across the street (super convenient) and both workers nearly sprinted to each grab an item. It was very sweet and funny and they did it with smiles on their faces. The parking garage was also very easy to use and is very modern as well with the contactless entry, exit, and payment (scans your license plate). I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Very helpful staff at reception and concierge desk. Ample breakfast (though crowded during a holiday weekend). Large room with work space, TV, a sofa and armchair. Our room faced the street, and there was some noise, but it ended before we turned in. Location could not be better: easy walking distance to all of the Old Town attractions.

10 minutes walk from Dresden Hauptbanhof and 15 minutes walk to Neumarktplatz. Big shopping mall next door and PragerStrasse has all kinds of shops and restaurants. All in all a great location. Our room was an unusual layout with a large foyer and even larger bedroom but with sp**** furniture. We liked it as we had plenty of room to spread out. All the staff we met were smiling and helpful.
