This was our 4th stay here. The 3rd stay was not good, but we thought we would give it another try. They got a complete fail! We rented a King room with a spa tub. It ended up being an ADA room. The fridge did not work. We reported it - maintenance never came. The shower faucet bar was scotch taped together & to the wall. The shower head was attached to the wall with a suction device, but the water shot horizontally, straight across the shower. The ADA shower was a roll in shower, & the shower curtain didn't even reach the rubber ***** that was supposed to keep the water in the shower. Water went all over the bathroom. Shower curtain was mildewed. BUT the spa was ridiculous. It was so slippery one could not even sit in it. We slipped & went under water. Getting out? Impossible! ADA bars all over the bathroom & not a single one anywhere around the tub, so no way to pull yourself out, or safely get onto the TILE floor without slipping and falling! Not again! Better hotels in town!

Front desk staff was extremely great, unfortunately the room I was booked was marked clean, but when I got in, it looked like the last guest had just left. It sounded like a miscommunication on the cleaning staffs side, but was still able to get right into a room despite a fully booked night. Also my 3 yo was so excited to swim, but there were so many kids, and nobody that attends with the water slide, to where kids were going down, then landing on each other at the bottom. We left and never went back in because my daughter was scared. I also found part of a previous guests fake eyelash glued to the comforter, my phone was dead or I would’ve taken a picture. Probably won’t stay here again.

This motel was awesome. Our room was on the 4th and top floor right next to the elevator. We never heard the elevator at all. Room was so spacious and so was the bathroom. There was not a tub, just a roomy shower so that would be a question to ask if you have small children.

The rooms were very clean, receptionist was new but doing a great job! Breakfast wasn't fancy but a nice selection. Ceiling in the room was peeling a bit like it could use a little maintenance and there were cigarette butts in the hallways for some reason but that was the only little issues we noticed otherwise we were very happy!

Nothing I hate more than being charged a resort fee and then they don't clean your room. I got a text daily stating that they will only clean my room every three days. I needed to lay the garbage and towels outside my room for removal. Plus if I needed more towels I need to go to front desk. I stayed four days and not once did they clean room. Also the chair was all ripped and right next to the chair there was a bunch of glitter that has been there awhile

Room 211 was nice, but right next to the elevator. Very noisy late and early the next day. Fingerprints on the front of the door, might be bloody, not sure so took a pic.
