非常舒服又温馨的酒店。除了早餐差點，都很好，推薦。

This was our second visit to the resort (and the first after Covid) This stay was just as good as our first. We stayed for 4 nights and from landing at the airport to returning to the airport, everything was taken care of by the resort (transfers, activities and accommodation) Great activities, lovely staff and cosy, warm accommodation. We love this resort and would recommend it 100%.

A friend and I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it, pros just about everything but the food, although dinner every night was very nice, just breakfast and lunch was a let down. We loved the wood cabin, Zoo, snowmobiles, Finnhorse Farm, reindeer farm and the husky trip. They supply warm outer wear.

We had an amazingly 4 night stay! The resort and surrounding area is is just so beautiful. After arriving by mini bus, booked via ranua resort, we checked in. The cabin was lovely and warm, even at -26C! Its well equipped. The sauna is also a must!!! we had also arranged a trip to the supermarket, €20, to get milk etc. We later went to get all our snow suits etc. They kept us warm, even at very low temps, just thermal base layers needed. We did several activities. The evening finnhorse was just magical. The 2hr husky ride was brilliant and the dogs are amazing. We also did the snowmobile trip to the reindeer farm. That was an amazing experience, going across the frozen lake! The view was spectacular! We also went in the zoo a couple of times.We had breakfast included, which was lovely, plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, both times the food was good. The highlight though was getting the aurora alert( download app via QR code on info sheet from reception) at 3.15am to see the northern lights! Just an amazing sight on our last night. So clear, even with the naked eye! A perfect end to a magical trip for my 50th birthday! 🥰

We stayed in Arctic Fox A for 2 nights. The cabin was huge, comfortable and very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were staying on a half board basis. The breakfast (buffet) and dinner (table service) were very good. Drinks were expensive. We had entrance to the zoo included in our stay. This was very good.

My partner and I have just returned from a great 3 days. I don’t normally write reviews but I can honestly say the staff are amazing and whilst the lodges and igloo are also great too, the staff really made it the best break we’ve had (and we’ve been on lots!). We had read some reviews about bad food before going BUT don’t believe it - the food and the soup was great with plenty of options. It’s not Michelin star but we were not going for that reason. We booked several different activities and each one didn’t let us down- the staff were informative and engaging with everyone during the tour/activity and you could tell how much they loved doing their job. We had a fabulous time here. I chose this resort as it had everything I was after for a trip to Lapland - lodges, glass igloo, great trips plus the bonus of the arctic zoo. What more could we want? Well nothing - so look no further if you are planning a visit to Lapland. We stayed for 4 nights in total with the last night being in an igloo (separate review). The transfer from the airport was on a coach. We arrived a little late at 8pm but they kept the buffet open for us so when we arrived we could go straight to dinner which was most appreciated. The food was really nice and warming - there was always a different soup every day, plus salads and then a choice of 3 main dishes (pasta/fish/meat) and dessert. Breakfast was cereal/toast/croissant or scrambled egg/bacon/sausage. Our lunch wasn’t included so we ate in the cafe on one day and bought lunch at the supermarket for the other two days. This proved much cheaper than the cafe so be sure to make a visit if you can. It’s only 5 mins from the resort and they offer a shuttle service most if not every day - just ask at reception. The staff were ALL super friendly and helpful and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble for them. They really are an asset at the resort. After arriving late we had an early morning breakfast with the polar bear the next day so were worried about not having the right clothing to wear. We shouldn’t have worried - the guide (the brilliant Alberto who was our guide for nearly all of our trips) was more than happy to equip us before the visit even though the reception wasn’t open. The staff are quite laid back and relaxed and all timings are approximate! The resort provides boots, a snowsuit, thick woollen socks and mittens, and if you are snowmobiling you also get a balaclava for under the helmet. So clothing wise, my advice would be to take less than you think! I took way too many as I thought they would get wet (which they didn’t at all), but even when it was -23C I only wore 3 thermal tops, a fleece and a jumper with the snowsuit on top and I was warm enough. On my feet I wore thin walking socks, thermal heat holders and then their woollen socks. And I wore fingerless gloves with gloves on top and then their mittens. If the temperatures are going to be really cold take some hand and feet warmers with you as these were much needed and appreciated when we used them! They do sell them in reception if you forget or run out. The lodge/apar**ent was spacious and clean and most importantly, really warm! The drying cupboard was incredibly useful especially with kids in tow and the two bathrooms and ample storage cupboards/wardrobes really useful for larger families. The fire and sauna were also most welcome. The trips were brilliant - we fed Venus the polar bear plus the lynxes, went husky sledding, snowmobiling to a reindeer farm and we also did the northern lights trip on snowmobiles. They were all worth doing, but if I had to pick a favourite, it would be t
