Beautiful and huge resort with 2 waterslides and lazy river. Rooms are big and spacious, but the toilet is too small. There are a couple of restaurants, golf and spa.

We picked this expensive property so we could use the lazy river and water slides but unfortunately it was cold and rainy the days we were at the hotel. The gold was great. It was quiet and clean. Loved the fire pits. Cons: The bathroom fan didn’t work and hotels should always make bathroom doors more solid for privacy 😂 Screen door was very stubborn /jammed. Front desk didn’t give us a very good orientation to our location/map/property of where to find things. Didn’t know there would be a $40 daily resort fee and parking fees too (they told us at check out). Luckily they waived our parking fee.

If you stay here, you might carefully see the inside property. Except this, everything is fine. Great amenity, nice pool & spa. If you think about holiday vacation on palm spring, this resort could be one of best place.

All the pools are freat for the family. The staff were very nice. The rooms are bug and the beds comfortable.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay for the amount we paid. The room was large but was suppose to sleep 5. It had a small bed in a gigantic room for my husband and myself and a pull out sofa bed for our three teenage children. Not sure how that amounts to “sleeps five.” There was also no water and we had to ask for a microwave. The staff was very friendly but we didn’t feel the cost was worth the stay.

Everything was great EXCEPT there were a bunch of high-school kids staying at this resort for a tournament. They stayed several days and it was much less relaxing given the noise factor. Two things: what kind of high schools these days have their teams stay at resorts such as this? Omni should plan better to have them all stay contained in an area away from guests who are looking for a peaceful vacation.
