Location: It's about 7-8 km off NH 53. While NH53 is a great road to drive on, once you're off the highway, the road becomes a little bumpy, the last 2 km are almost dirt road and not in a good condition. There are however, enough signs and signposts of the hotel to guide you to it. Farmland: The resort is built on a huge property, and once you enter the property, a dirt road will lead you down a winding path to the resort, which cannot be seen from the main road. The property has a couple of large ponds with lots of fish and a few ducks. the developed part of the property (or the resort) has a main reception/administrative building, and then a large square lawn, with individual rooms built on one side of the lawn, the swimming pool on another side, and open areas on the other two. Dining: The dining hall and kitchen are off the center lawn, and near the ponds. Breakfast is served at 8 am, lunch at 1:30 pm, tea at 5 pm and dinner at 9 pm. The staff are attentive and will readily server anything you need at any other time as well. All meals are served buffet style and usually have multiple cuisines in each meal. All meals are vegetarian. I would recommend you take some snacks with you. We had a couple of small boxes of cake slices and cookies, and they were very handy. Rooms: Each room, with its attached bathroom, is adjacent to the other, but sounds don't carry, so its fine. The rooms are comfortably large, with chairs, side table, desk, closet and coffee/tea self-service amenities. The bathrooms are large and roomy as well. In our room, the bed sheet was clean, but had old stains on it. Similarly, the bathroom WC had old stains. The floor of the room was a little dusty and looked like it had been cleaned at least 2 -3 days earlier. Lots of charging points in the room, as well as an All Out mosquito repellent if needed (we didn't see any in Jan). Amenities: There is a children's corner, with a game room, swings, slides etc. And it was clearly a bit hit, as a large group of 4-5 families were there celebrating the birthday of one of the children. In fact, there were 3 -4 small groups of visitors. Lots of bicycles and even an ATV to drive around and explore. Recommendation: If you're going in a group, this is a great getaway. It's not a romantic spot for a couple, nor is there much to do if a small family (with grown up children) go there.
