Firstly there was some construction work going on in the hotel, which gave traumatising sounds throughout the time. There was no inverter or power back and hence a power cut for 3 hrs before we checked out. As a result there was no water as well, in the restroom. Poorly managed and pathetic service all in all.

Your driver earn extra money. I am in lower seat. Your driver was taking people for extra money. Those people are drunked. This is horrible experience for me. Whole night i cant slept.

Bugs, cockroaches, mosquitoes and full of dust, torn mattress, no soap and no towel, no complimentary water, every time we have to call reception for small small requests

The staff is very professional and flexible. The service could be a bit quick however the rest of the experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travellers as well as family.
