Would recommend for cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staffs including frontline Plus cleaning staff as well. We have stayed in this hotel for over 10 days and that's tells everything about hotel's facility, cleanliness and and friendly staffs.

Best of best services everyone was very supportive and the friendliest staff ever met . Food was delicious breakfast was well served. And rest all services were great . Will definitely come back again. :)

Had a very nice service and experience. The hotel is at a prime location. Cozy room, it had all the facilities inside, bathing and bed kit were readily available and all the things were very neat and clean. The food is good but still needs to be improved. All the staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely visit again...🙏 Thank you very much for a nice experience.

food is excellent and service is too good specially when himatsinh is there .. himatsinh's smiley face makes people happy eating food thank you kk beacon for excellent food and service. i will come again and again this is my 9th time visit.

Very good service,rooms are clean,good breakfast, everything good as special jaisal bhai the ***gaer takes very good care of everything, next time I will prefer this hotel, and lunch also good and sweet also good

This should be the last place for anyone to stay who's coming with their family for a relaxing getaway. We had multiple issues from the time we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, there is no such thing as early check-in on request, even if their hotel has rooms available and if you do take early check-in then you have to pay extra which I've never experienced in all my life. After getting the rooms our trouble didn't end there, rooms were below average. All their laundry had stain marks, the towels were given wet to us. On requesting multiple time the staff came to change the stained sheets. One of the rooms had technical issues and after hours of waiting they changed our room to a proper one, keep in mind we experienced this after paying for an early check-in. After all these commotion and unsatisfactory experience the least we were expecting was the food to he better, but sadly the food was horrible as well. The idli that was served was as hard as a stone, the cutlet was too oily. Tables didn't have any cutlery or napkins/ tissues. The staff wouldn't answer or fulfill your needs for a very long time. This hotel is anything but luxury, high-tech, poor infrastructure. Overall the experience was pathetic and I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible horrible.
