I had a terrible experience at Surya Hotel ,lakshmivarapupeta in Rajahmundry. I booked this hotel for a family function in Rajahmundry, expecting a decent experience given their star-hotel-level charges. The booking was made through a manager two months in advance, and we paid a deposit. We arrived on the morning of the 13th at around 9:00 AM, expecting everything to go smoothly, but the reality was completely different. The food quality and quantity were nowhere close to what was promised. Despite the high charges, the food served was of inferior quality. They maintained a substandard level, and even the ₹10 ice cream was the worst quality. We weren’t properly offered welcome drinks or even basic refreshments upon arrival. When we raised complaints, the staff were completely unresponsive and showed no concern. It became obvious that this is how they handle their guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Surya Stay Inn for any family events. The management is negligent and shows a complete lack of hospitality.

Location is good for quite stay away of city hustle, maintained clean, small restaurant, room service available, 5th floor functional hall, rooms below 3rd floor will face houses behind, best to take in 3rd and 4th floor. Good ac. Expect noise of musical band outside the premise during marriage days. Stayed there for a night, was away in the day from hotel engaged in person activities in the town. Walkable distance to intro city trvl bus points. Few cinema call if interested in watching movies.

Accommodation and rooms are good but the food is not good. If we order one item they will bring other item. For the complementary break fast they will give menu card but they will provide two or three items only. Apart from food every thing is good.

Toilet is clean. T v is not working. Mainly they're using very old bedspreads and towel. I didn't eat in the restaurant. So, i can't review about food. Location is somewhat inside.

Overall good location is 4km from nh food is good services is excellent prefer for families can stay with little kids too

Staff is very humble, rooms are neat and hygiene. The fares are economical and good option is they have their own restaurent. Good is tasty.

Location is in centre but just behind godavari railway station. In mid night lot of disturbance from horns blown by trains. In addition to it lot of disturbance from restaurant door on first floor. Bathrooms i have no exhaust fans and bathrooms of adjoining rooms are next to each other and no privacy at all. For the kind of town and for the hotel ambience the price is not worth

Hotel surya is always our to go motel for the stay in rajamundry. Its decent motel for the price range it offers room for. Rooms are pretty clean and room service is upto the mark. Their restaurant food also tastes very good. Overall i recommend hotel surya if you are looking for a decent stay within our budget.
