Travelodge Medway M2

no wifi, very inconvenient. connection to other owns network was weak too.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge with my family and had the pleasure of being assisted by Genya. She is incredibly friendly, always helpful, and goes out of her way to make conversation with guests. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced my stay. It's clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent service. During my visit, I was consistently impressed by Genya's exceptional service. She not only ensured that all my needs were met but also made an effort to engage with us, making us feel like valued guests. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference in our stay. Thank you, Genya, for making my experience at Travelodge so enjoyable and pleasant! The staff is very friendly. They solve all of our problems. bathrooms were clean pillows and bedsheets were clean. the area is very calm. you can easily find food and other utilities near by. big shout out to hanna the receptionist, she helped with the wifi .

Hotel staff on reception were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The hotel needs updating however very budget musty smell coming from carpets need updating black marks on the bathroom ceilings. It definitely needs a revamp.

It was a wonderful stay. We stayed 3 nights and the stay and the staff were amazing. I will definitely come back in July as it was great! We slept well and it was calm. The staff were polite, nice and helpful. I was specific when reading the opinion of some people but it was a great trip there.

The rooms are extremely clean,i would stay again and would highly recommend anyone else to if you are in the area , all the ladies at reception were so happy and welcoming it made the stay even more comfartble . Any Information me and my family needed or any assistance was attended to by hannah who knew everything we needed to know and was so happy to help the whole experience of the hotel was great .

We came down several times to ask for more pillows and a fan. Genya was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her she always had a smile on her she was friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. We were a litte frazzled from the long drive but genya helped us to relax by making us laugh

I stayed at the Travelodge just off M2 , and I have to say my stay here did not start off too well with the wi fi not working for me . Also I wanted a room upstairs not ground floor . But the duty receptionist Sotti soon rectified everything and also he offered to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs , but I declined his very nice offer . And the room I was given was in the quiet section which I wanted and it was very clean , smelt fresh and bed was so comfortable. So all in all especially thanks to Sotti I will be returning there to the Medway Travelodge when I have business up in Kent .

Love staying here, really clean, staff are really friendly and when we see Dave in the evening he is really helpful, polite and always happy and willing to help. All the staff we have met have made us feel comfortable so would highly recommended this place to stay.
