PÉSIMO SERVICIO EN LIMPIEZA DA ASCO EN LA CAFETERÍA NO CONTESTAN LA DEJAN SOLA Y LA CIERRAN, NO PUDE HACER TODOS MIS ALIMENTOS,,TARDABAN HORAS EN APARECER Y CUANDO POR FIN LLEVABAN LA COMIDA, ME HABLABA POR TELÉFONO LA SUPERVISORA DE AMA DE LLAVES Y ME DECÍA QUE SI NO ME SALIA DEL CUARTO NO ME LO HACÍAN OTRA VEZ UN DÍA EL JUEVES SANTO NO ME HICIERON LA LIMPIEZA Y CUANDO TRATE DE QUEJARME EN RECEPCIÓN ME COLGABAN EL TELÉFONO Y NO PASABAN LOS MENSAJES NI A LA CAFETERÍA NI A LA AMA DE LLAVES, YO FUI A DESCANSAR Y NO ME DEJARON, ESTÁN PÉSIMO EN TODO LOS MUEBLES SUCIOS DE SEMEN Y LA REGADERA SUCIA Y ESCURRIENDO DE JABÓN DE VERDAD DA ASCO. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that changed daily. The hotel was very accommodating with early check in and room availability. The parking options are incredible! The reception even changed American $ to pesos for the first $100. The suite rooms are the way to go since the standard rooms are too tight and small. I do wish they had a stove in suite room. They also don’t have the room stocked with plates/utensils but you can request them to the room, free of charge.

Everyone from housekeeping to front desk was wonderful. Polite, helpful, friendly. The facility and rooms are modern and clean. The hotel also has a good restaurant on the first floor with reasonable prices. We'd never been to Queretaro before and chose Hotel Crown Victoria because it had good prices and its location was listed at being in el centro. In reality, the hotel is along a highway in a kind of business/industrial neighborhood so it's not really walkable. But, on the plus side, I was able to catch a taxi in front of the hotel and find city buses nearby.

Nice hotel very clean and basic, excellent bed and pillows. The parking ramp is not very well done so your car may scratch underneath. The breakfast buffet is very basic nothing extraordinary but at a really good price. Overall is a great place to stay if you are going for work to Queretaro.
