Had a lovely 7 day stay, with good diverse breakfast. You can get by with English but would recommend you can German. There is WiFi just ask for it, because there are no guides in the room. Only down side we experienced was noise from the main street because our room was located out to it, but managed do to just having the bathroom window open. The Hotel is perfect located for the active couples / friends, with short distance to train station, grossies and city center but there isn't much in the hotel.

Overall great experience and real good value/price offer. Room was spacious, clean, also parking available in the yard. Train station nearby did not disturb (even with windows open). Breakfast sufficient as well as some snacks and drinks available. City center within easy reach. Staff friendly. Hotel was overbooked and personnel tried to make me cancel my reservation and book another hotel on my own several times - knowing that it is hotel responsibility to handle such cases (and I booked directly on Regiohotel site), it felt really like dishonest attempt to cheat ==＞ thus I give only 4 stars iso 5 stars

Stayed one night, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, nice time in the spa, saunas. I liked that they have books that you can read.

The hotel is VERY conveniently located right next to the train station. Other hotels in the "Altstadt" will require a taxi ride or a decent walk with luggage on cobbled streets (bad). The service was great. Very nice people at the front desk. The minuses: no fridge or safe in the room, reception not staffed all the time. Overall - a nice, pleasant stay
