Our room was very clean which was nice. The bed was pretty hard, but well appointed. We could hear people while walking the halls, but in our room, it was very quiet.
I had thought that there would be someone on premises at some point, but that was an incorrect assumption. At no point was there anyone there, but you could get a response over text within a half hour and housekeeping brought what we needed. Additionally, since there is no one there, they do allow you to store your bags, but it is in an unsecured area of the hotel common space.
Overall, it was a nice, clean, and well run hotel and we would stay there again. There just really is no one there. And if you're planning to store your bags, know that they will not be stored securely.

Recently, I had a magical overnight stay in Quebec City. The historic charm of Old Quebec, cozy accommodations, and delectable local cuisine made for an unforgettable experience. Exploring the cobblestone streets, enjoying the warmth of the locals, and witnessing the city's nighttime transformation were highlights. The room, tastefully decorated, provided a comfortable retreat. Despite just one night, Quebec City's cultural richness left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit destination. Overall, it was a great choice for a memorable stay in this charming city. Highly recommended.

It’s self-check in property and it’s well maintained property even. Price wise it’s also good. Cheap and convenient. Staff is friendly and alway available for help.

Parking was a bit of a hassle - had to park off site, which was inconvenient. Beware of parking in open lot beside property. Despite being told we could park there, we discovered that we had to be out by 7:00 because it was reserved after that time. Underground parking nearby had different rates, check before going in. Door lock at back didn’t work but management was helpful getting us in at the front. Room was OK, but odd layout. Recommend outlets for charge ports, shower curtain falling apart, grout in shower needs attention. Overall, three stars.

Don't book Signature Plus. It's a low ceiling half-basement room that's ungodly moldy (the smell was almost unbearable). And the bedsheets smelled like sweat. I had a really poor night sleep as a result. In fairness, the hotel did advise me ahead of time that this was a room in a half-basement and offered a free downgrade to a standard room that's not in the basement. However, since this was a self check-in hotel with no staff onsite and I arrived fairly late in the evening, I decided to just bear with it.
Don't think I'll stay here again.

No window screen to enjoy fresh air without bugs entering the room.
Back door lock was broken for us to bring our luggages and had to climb the front stairs.
No coffee service in the mornings.
No room service for three days of our stay.

the property was clean and comfy. A little more thought can be given as to how many guests are checking in to the room eg only 2 sets of towels provided for 3 guests It took a while to get a text response with the virtual response set up / but we did eventually get a response when we asked any question and the staff did make an extra effort to assist with inquiries and provisions. Thanks.
