Les Lofts de Buade - PAR les Lofts Vieux-Québec

The location is really good. I can see all the tourist attractions in a few minutes on foot. However, at first glance, it was clean, but there was dirt on the blanket and pillow. Most of all, there was no hair dryer in the room, contrary to what is stated to have a hiar dryer. We called around 9:30 a.m. and asked for it, but contrary to what they said they would bring it to us soon, we waited an hour and called back and they said there was no manpower to bring it to us. We had already wasted an hour and a half, but we believed their words that they would bring it between 11 and 4p.m., so we left the room. When we came back to the room at night? Contrary to our expectations, there was no hairdryer. Besides, we had to do everything ourselves when we checked in and when we found our luggage. They just opened the door and did nothing to help. Location is good but their service and room size can never be recommended.

Where do I start? They sell you a city view - we got a view of the aircon unit from subway and the back of a shop (so you can't have the blinds open) There is absolutely NO storage space for your clothes. There is a broom cupboard with no hangers, yes, it's where they store the broom etc with no space for clothes. The noise from Subway's aircon is incredibly loud and keeps you awake at night. They say there are blackout blinds, rubbish, just look at the photo. The room is ridiculously small, unlike the pictures. The bathroom is lethal, an obtrusive corner of the shower tiles is right next to the sink and toilet, I've lost count how many times I have stubbed my toe! There is so little furniture that they even use metal stools as bedside tables! If you have any choice at all, do NOT stay here

Les Lofts is in a fantastic location close to the Hotel Frontenac, the main attractions, restaurants and shops. It’s very clean and bright. It has a well appointed kitchen. Nice bedding and good bed. The street and building was very quiet. As promised the code was sent the day of arrival. The management is prompt at answering questions. I’d suggest the lower floor if there are mobility issues. It was a pleasant stay. The location was the best part of it...very central to everything! The pictures on the website do not correspond with the room you will receive...the ceilings are not vaulted, or at least our room wasn't. They do not supply anything complimentary such as one coffee pouch to get you started for your morning. They only have very small shampoo containers, but no conditioner or body lotion. You will need to bring your own. The bed is comfortable, but if you have mobility issues, there are many stairs to get to the 3rd floor.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. They insisted they had sent me the access code when they hadn't. I had to call them three times to get access to my room. Further they kept insisting I hadn't given them credit card information when I did provide it when I made reservation. They are disorganized. Room is not impressive. Absolutely can't recommend.

I recently stayed in B101 at Lofts du Buade for 5 nights. Very clean, simply appointed with a very comfortable bed, it is as it appears in the photos and it is perfect for one person. The location is great for exploring old Quebec - everything is within walking distance. One drawback is the 22 steps up to the room. If you have a bag with wheels, it is manageable by doing one step at a time up or down. After 5 days of Quebec City's hills and MANY steps, these stairs were easy by my last day! Although this is on a route for tour buses, the thick walls really muffled the noise and the room is quite quiet. The TV has mainly news and sports channels - no Netflix. With all there is to do in old Quebec, I didn't miss the TV.

My wife and I spent four nights in a studio apartment at Les Lofts de Buade by Les Lofts Vieux-Quebec. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was simple and quick to make our online reservation, responses to our messages with the staff were very prompt, the room was spotlessly clean with just enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and utensils for our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the waterfall shower was great. The location was perfect - right across the street from the Basilique Notre Dame de Quebec, around the block from the Tourist Information center and the Chateau Frontenac, and very close to the Cote de la Montagne and the steps down to the Lower City. Despite this very central location in the Upper City - there was very little street noise that we could hear from our room. One suggestion would be to bring a sleep mask with you, as the window shades didn't fully block out the light from the street lights. We would definitely stay at a Les Lofts apartment in the future and will be recommending this to our family and friends!

We really loved staying here and would recommend to anyone looking to visit QC. Check in was seamless as our code was given to us on the day of. Location is perfect! Right in the middle of all the action and beside the Frontenac which has a Starbucks in it for your morning coffees! The loft itself is really nice. Small, but perfect for two! The bed is extremely comfortable! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Only negative would be parking. I recommend you just park in the underground parking and walk to the loft with your stuff as there really isn’t any 15 min parking available to drop your stuff.

We were upgraded to a loft on Rue Tresor from a Buade Loft, which was a delightful experience. Check in was a breeze. Service provided was beyond professional. The accommodations were spotless, well appointed and exceeded our expectations. The rooftop terrace view was spectacular. Will return any chance we can.
