This All Seasons hotel is the hotel where I encountered the most people at the front desk. The quality and quantity of service are not equal at all. The roommate is a platinum member. They communicated that we could check out late, but locked our room card in advance. When we checked in, we were told that we could enjoy the welcome fruit, but in the end we didn't.
