Almazino, Almaza Bay

Great services 24/7, excellent and variety food, beautiful sea! I recommend everyone if you look for rather quiet holiday with extraordinary services in Egypt - JAZ hotels, especially Almazino is your best choice! Just to mention - furniture in rooms is rather be old, with a noisy air conditioner these are just two things which need to be better in the future. Anyway everything else is exceptional, so 10/10 is my final word.

Our impressions of the holiday at Hotel Almazino are really perfect. From the hotel staff at the entrance, to room cleaners, cooks, waiters, everyone is at your service 24/7. The rooms are perfectly clean, we received towels in a bag and new clean ones in a beach bag in front of the door every morning. The food was perfect, nothing too spicy, the transport to the beach even though they have a schedule, the guy always drove us whenever we came across and outside the schedule. Our impressions are 10/10 The only complaint I could make is that there are no double beds. And the hotel staff made a special impression on us, because they knew we were on our honeymoon, and made us a honeymoon cake by the pool after dinner. All praises, 10/10 !! There is no need to waste words about the sea in Almaza Bey, everything is superfluous. In a word, perfect.

Hotel almazino is the smallest of the hotels in the Jaz complex, but it offers a quiet stay without crowded lobbies. The quality of the food and drinks is of the highest standard, the rooftop bar offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, there is no problem to have a drink mixed to your liking, the amazing staff is friendly and tries to fulfill all your wishes. The beach is about a 5 minute leisurely walk around the complex or you can use the hotel bus. The sea is beautiful white sandy with easy access to the water, water shoes are not needed, however the sea is not ideal for snorkelling, you will not see anything here. The only thing I missed was the use of the shisha on the rooftop bar which would have had an amazing atmosphere, however this is supposedly planned to be included in the menu. I would recommend Hotel Almazino to those who expect a rather quiet stay with the best services.

Best ever Egypt. I mean i have never experienced such service. And i have been mostly everywhere. If you dont want to, you dont have to move the entire time. You are lifted by car to beach (5 mins walk btw) which could be easily mistaken for karibik as our delegate told us and sure wasnt lying. Your empty plates and glasses are taken by staff any time at any corner. The food is spectacular! Beautiful cakes, plenty of seafood, freshest fruits. I ate literally EVERYTHING. One can not miss anything. People here are working on 1000% and its obvious. Much appreciated ❤️ This is your destination if you like to be spoiled. It was big surprise. Small clean hotel, staff was amazing! Rich food, good local wine and beer. Perfect as adults only. Small pool, but most of the time only for us. Everyday clean towels. Late breakfast is good idea. Rooftop bar was nice, great selection of drinks.

I would give this hotel minus 5 stars. Absolutely garbage hotel. Nothing in the room works properly. No internet at all....This hoteln is JOKE No hot water all day long only from 6pm-8pm. Horrible place to visit

We enjoyed a relaxing family vacation at Almazino Hotel in Almaza bay, one of the best places to unwind. The beach was stunning, with white sand and turquoise water. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the room, which had a noisy air conditioner, a blocked sink, and old furniture.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel on Thursday, August 24th. Despite having a confirmed reservation and a room, I was denied entry by a staff member named Mostafa. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Furthermore, when I escalated the issue to the manager, I was disappointed to find that their primary concern seemed to be extracting more money from me rather than addressing the problem and providing a satisfactory resolution. This lack of customer service and empathy only added to my negative experience. I believe that it is essential for a hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service at all times. Unfortunately, my encounter with Mostafa and the manager fell far short of these expectations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. As a loyal customer, I had expected a much better experience at your hotel. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

One of the most beautiful vacations ever made. I really like and appreciate the place and the staff. I love the room and how clean that were! I love the food and the music quite but beautiful! I want to return soon in this beautiful place!
