Old shabby hotel catering to visiting local tourists, mainly. If you're a foreigner, the drivers of the cabs waiting outside the Hotel will rip you off 20-30 yuan unless you pay attention to the meter and immediately yell at them in case of overcharge. (Almost) noone at the check-in desk speaks English unless you chance on a manager. There're two teenage consierge boys at the main entrance, who boss the incoming patrons around and tell them how to live. The restaurant prices are on a par with those at Shangri-La hotel, but with far fewer choices and lower in cooking quality. The only BIG advantage if you're a swimmer like myself: a former German ”Kaiser” swimming beach is right accross the road. It's now callled ”Bathing Beach 1.” Awesome for doing non-stop laps for an hour. And even then: you can easily get to the beach by metro from any other Qingdao hotel. Just get off at Huiquan Square (Line 3) and come out through Exit C.

The location is PRIME! The facilities are MORE THAN satisfactory. The staff is friendly, efficient, warm and welcoming. I was a bit disappointed at the lack of an operating business center, but other than that my stay was very enjoyable! And finally, the hotel restaurant was excellent! Peter Bamburg and his staff run a customer friendly, tight ship down there! Top Marks!

This was an amazing little place for a couples looking for a bit of a respite. The staff was very kind and courteous, and the café provided a very comfortable environment. One issue was that the showers have only two temperatures. First you experienced cold, and after a long wait, too much heat. Other than that, the experience was amazing.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the first bath, Qinyu Road, Naval Museum, etc. The cafe on the hotel rooftop is an invincible sea view. The room is more convenient for family tourists. 首先地理位置得天獨厚，去哪裡都很近，還有停車場，辦理入住的小哥服務態度很好，但是我訂的房間是有浴缸的，我去了之後告訴我浴缸壞了，另外一間房間是沒有窗户的，房間連着衞生間，有一股味道，然後衞生真的不咋樣，真的不值1700，我一住就後悔了

This is the second time I have stayed here. The last time I stayed here was in summer and it was very close to the seaside. The sea view room was great. This time it’s winter. A little yellow duck themed room was prepared in advance, and the children have been playing in the tent. The service is also good. Just downstairs is the subway station, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

服務和環境都很贊。有什麼需求直接跟管家説就行了。還有免費的早餐和下午茶。我們是兩大兩小所以選了個有榻榻米的房間。唯一的缺點就是房間有點小。一開始進房間感覺有點熱開了半天冷空調越來越熱，後來才知道冬天沒有冷氣。樓下就是網紅打卡點，早上還能去頂樓看日出

Excellent hotel!! Staff is very very friendly, location is perfect to visit most of famous site in Qingdao center, and the “location” in “mountain” gives a very good feeling while staying in city center. Only one minus is the noise at night. We could hear many noise coming from other bedroom or just the fridge in the room.

I traveled to Qingdao with my girlfriend. The boss and sister are very hospitable. The hotel is located among the scenic spots. Walk to Zhanqiao, Lu Xun Park, Naval Museum, Underwater World, Little Qingdao, No. 1 Bathing Beach, and Internet celebrity wall, all 10 It can be reached in minutes, food and living, shopping, and transportation are all convenient. A happy trip will make me linger and forget to return!

When we went, we ran through the intersection and went around for half an hour before running back. The front of the hotel is a one-way street. You have to go around after the intersection. There are many cars in the tourist season, and the opposite is the People's Hall subway station. It is very convenient to enter and exit. It is a few minutes walk from the Navy Museum. The underwater world and the trestle bridge are also fast. I really don’t want to stroll. You can take the subway. The subway in Qingdao is really convenient. The video recorded cannot be posted. The screenshots are a few. The bar lady is very good. When I left, my husband wanted to find some tea to make tea. Miss went to the office and brought two.

After living in Tongli, the house has a very good atmosphere. The elderly and children all like it. I like the attic. There are many books and can be read. It feels very peaceful to live here and I slept well. The location is also amazing. It's very convenient to go to the bathhouse and Xiaoyu Mountain. You don't even need to go to Xiaoyu Mountain. You can see beautiful scenery and light show from the room. It will definitely be very comfortable to stay for a few more days in the off-season. The disadvantage is that there is no conditioner and it is a public toothpaste. It is recommended that the owner prepare a small disposable toothpaste, otherwise it will always feel unhygienic. In addition, the network was very poor that day and it was basically impossible to use wifi.

The room was small and clean. The quilt and pillows were torn in some places. The windows cannot be opened. You can only sit on a stool and watch the sea view. During peak tourist season, the price is almost 900 per room, which is more expensive than Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Forget it's expensive, the main reason is the poor quality of the rooms. My family described the bath water as being like a child's urine. The bath water is pitifully small. The entire bathroom is not too small, but it becomes pitifully small after adding a bathtub. TV programs are available on only a few channels. Many other channels are blue screen. The network was so bad that I basically couldn't connect from 6pm to 10pm. The front desk explained to me that there were too many people connected. To put it bluntly, it cannot be called a hotel, it is just the kind of guest house in a small train station. Being able to sell it for this price is also a big deal.

The disadvantage is: 1. It is far from the bus station and the subway station, and it is not convenient to take a taxi. The taxi driver is unwilling to go there; 2. It is not convenient to drive, many restrictions, and there is no reason to block the road. I turned around two times outside the hotel to find the road.

I bought it at 349. Kang Youwei’s former residence thought about seeing it. Qingdao Station couldn’t get a taxi at all. I took the subway to Huiyuan Square for ten minutes. When I found this place with my children at 8 o’clock in the evening, I refused. It was dark. The outside environment was too exciting under the cover of night. The door is open with the air conditioner, and the inside is still more advanced than the outside. The landlord said that it is the old town. I am half dreaming and half awake. I can try it if I find excitement. The first few pictures are basically taken at night, and the last ones are taken in the morning. It is very convenient to go to Xiaoyushan. Xiaoyushan is two minutes into the door to the top of the mountain. I climbed the best mountain to climb, close to the first beach. The landlord answered in a timely manner to help me stay.
