The rooms are a little outdated but very clean, with all facilities working properly, and also very spacious. Staff is professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Perfect position in the heart of the city.

Disappointing experience due to some confusing information about the food services. When i checked in at 6pm, I was told that the main restaurant was already closing and that I should order from room service. The instructions for room service were misleading and hard to follow because of new qr codes that were not properly connected to the hotel system. The phone next to the menu (and the bed) and menu card with instructions did not work. At one point, I went down to the lobby to ask for help. After three hours of trying to get food, i gave up and left the hotel to find a restaurant. As a result, I did not have enough time to use the pool, which was my main reason for checking into the hotel for the last day of my vacation to celebrate my birthday. Someone from the front desk tried to help, but I think there was a lot of confusion about the qr codes. I could leave more details, but I will just say that later that night I found other instructions about dialling 0 later in very small print. If it had been clearer, I would not have used the QR codes which were far bigger than the text about dialling 0. The bathroom was nice, but a bit worn down. The breakfast could be better. Definitely did not feel like a Westin experience.

Exceptional service! We had an amazing stay here. All staff were attentive, welcoming and friendly. Delicious food and drink options and a beautiful room with a lovely view. Thank you to Victoria, Betty, Stephen and Nina. And thank you Rina for preparing a fantastic birthday cake for my husband! Very accommodating for our baby too :)

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

I always stay at the Holiday inn when traveling to Qingdao. The staff are incredible and speak English. The facilities are nice and clean and check in is a breeze. The location is perfect for access to any facility or bar downtown

CTS Hong Kong Haiquan Bay, a good experience! Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. It has a majestic appearance. It is a hotel in a fairy tale castle with an exotic feel. It is the castle in children's dreams. The hotel equipment is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the dishes taste good. The first choice hotel to bring your family for a weekend break. Here you can see the sea, soak in the hot spring nest, and have a playground for the children. It provides full services for food, accommodation and entertainment. It is a warm and comfortable experience. We will come back to Haiquan Bay.

Facilities: The hotel's buffet is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, so it's a bit troublesome to eat. And breakfast is not a buffet. It will be decided based on the daily guest occupancy whether it will be a meal delivery or a buffet. The meal delivery may not be in line with the taste, which feels a bit wasteful. It is better to order the food a day in advance and make it on demand without wasting it. I almost slipped in the room several times. I don’t know whether it was because the floor was too slippery or the soles of the hotel’s disposable slippers were too slippery. It was really dangerous, especially when the waiter pressed the button The doorbell rang very urgently, making people feel anxious when they heard it. Then, when walking fast, they slipped and fell down several times. Environment: In the ancient city, the environment is naturally good Hygiene: The disposable toothbrushes provided actually have leftovers from other people's previous use... The hotel is good and the only thing we were unhappy about was the shower and the gym facility. Shower: it is one of these handheld taps and no matter what we tried we could not position the handle correctly on the clamp. Gymnasium: No one was there, A/C not on, no water and no towels
