Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea

First all the stuff were very helpful and professional Second the food were varied and too tasty Third all the bars were amazing ( cocktails, snacks) Fourth they have the best swimming pools ever Fifth the beach not sandy but they have a marine so you can do snorkeling and also an access to sandy beach in steginberger coraya Sixth they have access to aqua coraya Also the room was magnificent and well furnished Last is the animation ( they have wonderful shows every night and also shows at the pool and beach), they have alot of activities

We have visited Steigenberger for the second time now and were delighted again about the location, service and food offerings. Ragab from room service did a great fantastic job as well as all the chefs for preparing such delicious food. Allergenic needs were adressed properly by the executive chef team.

What a Very good experience i had ,and what a very nice people i have been met with. It was spectacular few day that i would like to repeat. I advise all my friends and all people who want absolute pleasure and excellent service around world to try and visit this resort.

This hotel is perfect not only for high-level services and great food, but also because has perfect the other services. I got sick during my holiday and big big thanks to Dr. Mario Ragaey, my holiday was saved. The doctor was very nice, he was available to me the whole time, he explained everything to me and really helped me with my problems and thanks to him I was able to enjoy my vacation to the fullest again. Thanks again.❤️

My husband unfortunately got ill but we turned to Clinic 24/7. My husband was treated very professionally, kindly and courteously by Dr. Mario Ragaey supervised. We went to the clinic three times in total and every time it was great! Thank you very much Dr. Ragaey

My mum and I enjoyed a wonderful time at the Steigenberger Alaya Resort. The staff was super friendly, the food very delicious, fresh and varied and the property super clean and modern. We even got our daily dose of cappuccino with oatmilk at the beach bar (portafilter machine for us coffee nerds). Further the resort offers a variety of snorkling & diving options that we really liked as well. Also many thanks to the especially skilled staff of the clinic at the resort. Without Dr Mario Ragaey and his nurse and their immediate and professional diagnosis and help I wouldn't have made my flight back home. We are very thankful to have enjoyed such a memorable and relaxed stay.

This was our 17th stay in Egypt, Alaya is a fantastic, modern, clean hotel, polished to the smallest details. The rooms are large and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious. All Stuff (waiters, chefs, pool,)is helpful, hard-working and professional and smiled everyday. Special thanks to Ragab who kept tidy every day our room swimup delux in buiding 3 . We will certainly return to this hotel which is one of the best hotels not only in MarsaAlam but in all of Egypt

Excellent hotel extremely professionally managed with nice rooms and good food. Customer closeness is high on their priorities. Congratulations. My wife caught a cold while we were there and we especially would like to highlight the way how she was treated by Dr Kerer: First he analyzed several approaches step by step and he managed to get my wife fully cured in a professional way. We were impressed by his professional approach he took to get certainty over how tu cure my wife. Congratulations to have a brillant Dr Kerer as physician with promising capabilities for the future and helping guests in a structured way to be cured asap and to enjoy the great holydays in Steigenberger Alaya Resort..
