酒店環境還行，房間設施比較老舊，馬路對面的海是很好的潛點，本來體驗還行，但酒店的的士真是黑得可怕，張嘴就幾百歐，實在吃相太難看

房間一般般，老酒店，但是海灘和水下的珊瑚魚兒是整個紅海最好的之一，來這裏玩海肯定不會錯，還有壯麗的日出

Wow what an amazing stay we had at this hotel, aurora bay is awesome. The facilities at the hotel are really good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room on the ground floor in block 12 which is near to the reception but far enough away to be nice and quiet, the swimming pools are spotless no grime around the edges which is good. There are plenty of loos around and are spotlessly clean. The shops can be expensive but you have to haggle the price to get the price that you want. I did find that in the shops they don't keep on to you to buy, they leave you alone to browse which is good unlike other places. The beach is only a short walk from reception. And the reef is one of the best house reefs I have seen in Egypt, the snorkeling is fab and to scuba dive it is never the same twice with so much to see on both sides, my family and I dived with ducks diving and the staff there are awesome especially seif who taught my daughter her padi open water and her advanced open water. Plus the facilities and equipment are really good. The facilities on the beach are great and you can always get a sun lounger, the beach boys are really helpful and will always help you. Back at the hotel the food we thought was really good with plenty of choice at every meal with the grill section every evening, the staff in the restaurant are fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for them. From setting out our table to getting us drinks, one night my wife wasn't feeling to well after a day in the sun so missed dinner and one of the staff plated her up some cheese and bread for us to take back to our room for her. Which I thought was a really nice thing to do. Sorry I can't remember his name but a big thank you to him. The bar staff was also very friendly to us, especially el nagger sayed ( carpenter ) we had some good laughs with those guys especially in the piano bar in reception, we found all the staff really happy to help us and always happy at the hotel, I must also say a big thank you to Ali hassan from reception who looked after my family and me from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we went to luxor on a trip and got a packed lunch to take with us and when we returned we missed dinner because it was after 10pm but Ali sorted dinner out for us in our room by our surprise thank you Ali what a kind man. We have already been looking at flights back, we just waiting for pricing for hotel for next year because we are definitely returning to aurora bay. It is simply the best stay we have had in Egypt thank you to all for making our stay so great.

Getting to Marsa Alam from the UK is always a bit on an effort ( unless you are willing to pay through the nose via TUI) but so worth it for a scuba diving family. Having stayed at the amazing Brayka in May, we had seen the Aurora and decided due to local recommendations to give it a go. Organised the booking via the Internet, our every need was sorted upon arrival. A welcome cool drink 🍸 and a broad smile introduction from the amazing Ali on reception. Our rooms ( junior 2 bedroom suite) were just perfect. Recently decorated perfectly suited to us with our adult daughter. Food in our room was welcomed and simply filled rolls and fruit. Extra water we asked for due to medical issues was supplied as asked for. The restaurant has the usual egg station, bread/bakery selection, hot self service and salad /yogurt . Nectar ( made up fruit juice and water coolers) tea/coffee . Something available to everyone's taste. The guys service ( Mohommed Alla etc) is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hours they do from dawn to dusk. From bar to table service. All with a smile. Not once were we asked for tips ( a dollar is gratefully accepted) but we gave frequently. Its hard not to when the service is so good. Even the hard working animation team were smiley and greeting guests at almost every meal with an itinerary of entertainment available to those who want it. The beach is a short walk away. ( I've recently had a knee op and managed no bother) It's just stunning. A selection of little gifts vendors sell, and a restaurant offering the usual chips /pizza/burger/kebab/ soup /salad station. Bar for all your drinks and ample bed space for sunbathing. All this and a stunning house reef for snorkeling, featuring Sheldon the resident 🐢. If you're lucky enough to see him ( recommend early morning) DONT USE HIM AS A SURF BOARD . Broke 💔 as certain Eastern European guests grabbed him for a ride and a selfie. Watch and do not touch should be fairly obvious. Can't recommend Ducks Diving Superior enough for trips and Scuba. Big shout to Omar and Mohammed ( Collosus) the guys that help you kit up shoreside for house reef diving. Lucky enough to meet the Amazing Saif ( instuctor) who taught our daughter her Open and Advanced water PADI. Having met quite a few instructors/guides in our time Saif is by far the BEST we have had by far. And then some. His English is impeccable, as are his manners. Big shout out too to the driver of the cylinders, who also picked us up /dropped us off most days. A real gentleman who shared the most amazing mango we had ever eaten, and mosquito spray for our room ! So kind !! We were very sad to leave our newly made friends and new "family". Can't fault anything. From senior management to cleaners...Aurora....thank you ...and see you soon 😊

All is perfect. Everyone is nice and helpful. Food perfect, great choice. Great fun with animators. Drinks very good. Perfect animators. Minidisco is perfectly. Eat good. Pool little cold, but is good. Every night show is very good funny.

It was good that I spent my vacation in this hotel, knowing that it is very suitable for all people I have never seen people so helpful in my life as I have seen here The truth is that this is my first time visiting this hotel, but I don't think it will be the last The animation team is more than fun and very friendly. I really liked their way of working and their love for their work, and I saw the activity and positive energy in them. Thank you very much for making my vacation such a way that I will never forget it And of course I will see you soon guys 🥰🥰🥰

I would like to thank the stuff for everything and regarding the food and the rooms everything is more than great and the most helpful stuff I ever saw during the last two years I visited more than a destination and it is the most of it and also the most helpful people I ever saw the are the animation they are really so great and they have a great manners and they let you feel that they will not leave you a second during your trip as long the day Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen, I have enjoyed alot with this vacation and for sure I will do it again, the weather was perfect there,also I have enjoyed alot from the animation team because they did awesome shows full of friendly vibes...

Everything was fine. We were so happy the whole time. Of course I will visit the hotel again. The diving in the sea in the bay was so wonderful with so many fishes. Everything in the room was very comfortable the bed was comfortable, hotel has very good staff and entertainment team, nice variation of food and the hotel itself is very big and nice. I’d like to shout out one person of the animation team called Mido he’s a very good animator,very friendly and funny.😁🐠 We had a lot of laughs the whole time. The animation team provided great entertainment in the form of afternoon activities such as volleyball, yoga, aqua aerobics and evening activities. Love it! Like a paradise in Egypt.☀️🐪🙌 This is the second time for me here in Aurora and no the last one.
