I recently stayed at Portofino and had an amazing experience. The welcoming front desk and incredible staff made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable sanctuary throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. The food was delicious and added to our overall satisfaction. In short, Portofino provided a fantastic stay with excellent service, clean rooms, and great food. Highly recommended!

It was the first time for us in Egypt, but for sure not our last! The resort is fabulous, clean, big and with a marvellous hospitality. The beach and the sea are beautiful and the temperature great! There are more than enough of pools and restaurants They do anything to make sure you have a pleasant stay and nothing is too much for them.Each day more than enough choices at one of the restaurants, you really can not complain! A special thanks to mr Adam (food and beverage), Achmed (Soprano restaurant), Omar & Yasser (Aqua park), Mohyseen (housekeeping)and the best lifeguard of the resort Helmy! Be sure you will see us again, thanks for the great experience!

Everything was perfect during our holidays in Pickalbatros Portofino. The room was big and very clean, the food was good and all the services great. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed a lot the aqua park (me too) and the evening minidisco. The beach was clean and it is possible to see a lot of fish in front of the beach. There is also a good entrance in the reef. I'll come back

A holiday for 1 with everything - nice accommodation, clean, daily water in the room, friendly staff, many restaurants within all incl., really everyone can choose. Many pools, water park. Diving from the jetty, it was often windy, the sea is shallow, you can swim only in the morning. Definitely recommend.

Very good Holiday for us er really enjoyed the time here we were in Egypt 2 years ago and now Its different this Hotel is reale clean and big the good is really good ans the Beach is amazing wie realy spent a very nice time here and we have a plan to get back next year here too

This our first time in Egypt and we really enjoyed the vacation the hotel was really classy and clean. The food was really tasty and to many options and the sea was very nice we really liked staying here and we will come again soon and regarding the service it was amazing and very respectful

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. Great time spent. Enthusiasts encourage you to have fun, Larry and Luisa always smiling💖💖, willing to help, great dancers. Rooms every day well-kept, clean everywhere. The hotel offers a lot swimming pools, aqua park, beaches with access to the sea. Everyone will find something for himself. Food delicious, something different every day. We spent a great time at the hotel. My favorite part was the daily animations and games during the day. We will definitely go again🌺

Nice accomodation and stuff, always willing to help, very polite - do not try to persuade you to do some activities, if you are not interested. Lack of showers on the beach. Should focus on leakage a breakage with current ones. Tasty food……..
